Makes pipeline management simple and easy

What is our primary use case?

I am a sales professional and I use the solution to manage the pipeline of my prospects and customers. The solution helps me to keep track of my progress and know how much I have made for each account. It also helps me know the response I got for each account, the stage of the deal, and whether it is likely to be closed.

What is most valuable?

The solution makes it easy for you to log in and manage your pipeline. So pipeline management is very easy and simple.

What needs improvement?

The tool should get better at catching leads. Currently, it works better on catching inbound leads. Whenever a person signs up on the website, HubSpot catches the lead and creates an account. However, it is not 100 percent accurate.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working with the solution for four years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I would rate the solution's stability an eight out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The solution is highly scalable and I would rate it a nine out of ten. My company has 50 users for the product.

How are customer service and support?

The solution's customer service is good and quick.

How was the initial setup?

The tool's setup is complex because setup involves being trained to use HubSpot as well since you have to know what are all the features there and how to use those features in the best way possible for your work. We have deployed it on the cloud.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate the product a nine out of ten. If you want to use a CRM, use HubSpot since it is super easy to use. It is not as complex as Salesforce and will solve all your problems.

Great For All Sales Team Members

What do you like best about the product?
Features & functions for all members of the sales team. From automation and sequences for SDRs/BDRs, to calendar pages for booking appointments for AE's and Deal Tracking for Directors and VPs, HubSpot Sales Hub has everything you need in one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to the sales sequence functions that other systems may have. The click and open tracking is not always accurate, and often causes emails to go to spam in prospects' email servers

Hubspot: Transparency in Customer Interaction

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been critical for making sure all customer interactions are logged and visible across our organization, whether that be interactions I have with customers, or the calls/emails/texts that other departments have had with them. This alleviates the need to track someone down to discover what they discussed with a client, as their notes can be logged and tied to that contact and company record.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while, HubSpot has some bugs arise that hinder some critical features (call logging, integrations with gmail, etc.), but they are very quick to notify us with a banner on the website and generally resolve the issue in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At previous companies I have been employed at, keeping client communication transparent across teams was complex, but here at my current company, Hubspot has made it very easy to quickly get caught up on interactions we have had with clients (both those made by my colleagues, as well as my own [I forget things sometimes]) and also makes it easy to send prebuilt correspondence out to clients and save time.

What do you like best about the product?
You get a view of the entire sales pipeline along with insights into each deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can add a lot more value if the outreach activities and reporting were better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us get a better understanding of our sales pipeline, deal stage, notes from each deal etc.

Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Movable columns, as a sales person i need to qualify my leads also make calls daily basis. Leads assign and able to see others leads has given me the access to learn things from other's account as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Leads assignment on week-offs. Every week i have to record how many leads I've assigned on that perticular week that is not possible I've to manually check that how many leads i got assigned on Sunday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management and tracking the records of the clients.

Website and other marketing tools performance which has given us the liability to focus on performing platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very collaborative environment with a wide array of guidance tools.

The reports are somewhat decentralized and complex to manipulate intuitively.

A centralized hub where all the info is readily accessible and somewhat easy to manipulate to get clear reports on the data.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub easily streamlines your sales process by integrating with a variety of third-party solutions as well as other HubSpot products. The platform is straightforward to use, and the user-friendly interface makes it quick to get started and train new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations may apply to the capacity to customize and develop distinctive phases for the sales pipeline or intricate workflows. Technical know-how or more expensive subscription options could be necessary for advanced customisation features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Sales is a vital part of HubSpot. HubSpot Sales Hub, in a nutshell, enables companies to manage and track leads and pipelines. With email templates, lead nurturing sequences, and even free calling, it assists sales teams in communicating with customers in a more effective and automated manner.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the upsides of using hubspot is it's easy interface of marketing integration, facebook page/form sync which pull leads directly from the ads account which generates a contact list for the sales team to call in live time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think about a reason why someone should dislike hubspot. It is a amazing CRM software, even the the free version also fullfills your basic need of the sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can sync your ads account and marketing channels such as your website and it will pull the leads to create a contact list in the real time, which save a lot of time and your sales department can work on those wrm leads as soon as they get filled.

Amazing CRM to use

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using this CRM is you can have your contacts leads synced with the platform which I use for outreach which makes my work easier and faster compared to other CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst think is at when you create a contact it does not get synced with the deal if it already exists we need to manually go ahead and synced both the contact and the deal to make sure the activities are synced if i user the deals module

Hubspot helps me have my deals as a pipeline on the CRM and helps me move stages when ever there is a deal moved from one stage to another which actually makes my pipeline more effective to work.
