Great CRM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface of HubSpot Sales Hub is worth highlighting. Navigating through the platform is a breeze, thanks to its intuitive design and well-organized layout. The ability to store and organize contact information in a centralized database greatly streamlines sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be done more efficiently as most of the setup needs to be done manually.

The platform provides a wide range of automation tools, such as email sequencing, follow-up reminders, and task automation. These features save valuable time and effort by automating repetitive tasks, allowing sales reps to focus on high-value activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to organize all of my conversations and tasks with contacts and companies. Allows me to prioritize and schedule my day and keep everything in one place.

the only dislike I have is that there are a few features and fucntions which I believe should be free or lower cost,

organizing and prioritizing contact and company information. Allows me to stay focused on the most important tasks and conversations.
Hubspot created this market, and leads in terms of innovation and possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
The way to create segmentations is the simplest and most complete compared to all the tools I have used. The fact that it is possible to change files without modifying the original link is also a very useful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to Brazilian solutions, like RD Station, the support and follow-up service leaves much to be desired. There is no individual follow-up or personalized responses in plans with equivalent cost. It's just the tool for the tool's sake. I do not recommend it for companies and startups that are starting their journey in inbound marketing.

Generating and qualifying leads through the inbound marketing strategy

Some integration issues in social media connections. Need to improve some other options and provide the details how to integrate them.

Great and easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is unparalleled from other products that I've tried. There is a lot of depth to the product but tutorials and wizards to walk you through most of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the depth of the tool can be overwhelming when adding things like connecting your email accounts. Features get enabled automatically that require a bit of digging to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The contact management features for our customers, vendors, and partners is terrific. There is a ton of customization available and a lot of data that gets captured on their profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the many benefits HubSpot Sales Hub has to offer. Its advanced technology gives us access to detailed analytics about our website, advertising campaigns, and other online activities; it helps us consolidate our social media, paid advertising, and form data so that our marketing team can organize it more efficiently. In addition, the CRM platform acts as a hub for all customer-related information, which is now accessible throughout the company - allowing each department to better collaborate by streamlining the process of sharing valuable facts and figures with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that navigating the HubSpot Sales Hub can be difficult for sales reps who aren't familiar with its features. Training opportunities may be limited depending on your company's resources. The customization and filtering requires deep technical knowledge that may not be of much use to non-developer users, leading to confusion about all the terminology used in this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot Sales Hub, I no longer have to mark someone's name on my calendar as a reminder every time I need to contact them. The platform's sequences save me a lot of time by sending mass emails with predetermined intervals and pre-written text.
Best Marketing and Sales Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Sales hub is being able to have all details of contacts at one place. Calls, mails, notes everything that one can need to reach out to prospect can be at one place through Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find least helpful is that for some properties datestamp needs to be created separately and is not a feature that is there already. There are a lot of things that they are trying to improve in Hubspot with there new version now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is able to solve the problem of having data all at one place and tracking interactions with prospect from multiple channels in one place. There are so many activities that one can automate with Hubspot.
