HubSpot evolves to the sales brain!
What do you like best about the product?
The centralization of all sales aspects - email, tasks, campaigns, web knowledge and granular detail. It makes for a more efficient effort in almost all ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still requires a pretty good HubSpot training education to manipulate all your data and get all the answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrates functions and reduces redundancy. Provides excellent intelligence on web behavior with proper alerts.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Outlook and the possibility to work on the APP in the same way as in the browser
What do you dislike about the product?
As I use HubSpot to make calls, there are some countries that I can not dial

As we are a big organization, HubSpot gives the opportunity to connect and keep the team up to date with any change on the leads

Comprehensive suite of sales and sales ops related tools make it easy to carry out outbound at scale
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive when it comes to 100+ users, we did not have a native HS spokesperson but an agency rather, and they had no clue how to run our integrations.

Scaling outbound, email campaigns & sequences

The fact that you can have easy acces to all of your clients and an easy follow up of your last conversations with them. Super helpful

Not being able to set authomatic task for certain things

Having all my clients in one place with easy acces to all our sales proces history.
Easy to use, plenty of depth
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards/analytics are clear and easy to use. Sequences are a game changer for e-mails, and being able to see the open rates, click rates, and meeting rates for different sequences makes outreach more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pretty slow if you have multiple tabs open. Which you usually want to have, to keep an eye on dashboards while doing outreach. A little clunky with things like adding contacts, having to click "Add and add another"

It's allowing me to have my entire sales process across multiple teams all in one place, making communication much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to maintain an overview of the contacts and track any communication between us and them. The tasks allow me to work more efficiently and make sure that I never forget about any to do-s.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us, alot a of duplicates are generated which means that we have to check manually every time when we add a new company to HS. There is a feature that detects possible duplicates, but it only scans the database after some time and doesn't notify us when we add a copany that is potentially a duplicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a VC. Hubspot keeps track of the companies that we are talking to, and tracks and logs emails. Overall, HS allows us to understand whether we have talked to a company before and what the outcome was. It also helps us to keep track of the investment processes.
Powerful Automation Tool, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It is a powerful automation tool that is easy to use, targets a maximum number of people as per their time zone and connects with the people in an easy and effective manner. Ultimately, its boosts the sales numbers of the organization. We can schedule a bulk email sequence in a single click which is the best part of the Hubspot sales hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as such dislikes about this wonderful and powerful tool; I just sometimes had a concern about the email bounce rate, but it's not a Hubspot issue actually it totally depends upon the quality of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the major and critical problem solved by Hubspot is time management; one can schedule their work in a fully automated manner without doing it manually, which is very convenient and easy to use

Sometimes the export of contact has some issues.
