Comfort and practicality
What do you like best about the product?
I love the facilities that HubSpot offers to contact my entire portfolio of contacts. It makes it really easy to sequence and follow up with all of our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps it is true that they could let the experience be customized a little more to adapt it more specifically to the business models desired by the client companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The follow-up to thousands of contacts that we have in our database. We can create sequences to automate various processes. In addition, we can also create individual customized templates as well.

Some buttons are not clear. If I want to edit an e-mail in my sequence. I had to first on edit e-mail.it cost me a lot of time.

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its all-in-one approach to sales management. The platform provides a comprehensive set of tools and features that cover the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. The ability to seamlessly integrate contacts, create sequences, email tracking, deal pipelines, and analytics into a single platform has greatly enhanced my effieciency and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
What comes to mind, especially since I do a lot of cold email outreach, is perhaps that HS doesn't space out emails when sending out in mass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disorganized Sales Processes:It streamlines sales operations by providing a centralized platform to manage leads, contacts, deals, and pipelines. Manual Data Entry and Tracking: It automates data capture, logging email conversations, call records, and other important interactions.

As an SDR, I find HubSpot to be an exceptional platform that offers excellent solutions for marketing and sales. Its user-friendly interface and extensive features make it a top choice for businesses like ours. What do you dislike about the product?
A limitation of HubSpot is its handling of contacts working at multiple companies. On occasion, the incorrect company will come up on an email sequence with [company name] personalisation. (even if it's no longer the primary)

As a new SDR, HubSpot Sales Hub has revolutionized my approach to sales. It simplifies lead management, automates my outreach process, and provides valuable analytics to track my performance. The collaborative tools have enhanced teamwork and productivity. Overall, HubSpot Sales Hub has significantly improved my sales efficiency and effectiveness, setting me up for success in my role.
User friendly and super fast
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy HubSpot Sales Hub; it has so much functionality that helps me as a BDR. Being able to call, email, and view all information on a prospect in one place in the most user-friendly way possible is so helpful. I enjoy the flexibility of the platform too. From creating practical workflows and deals settings that work for me and our team. Great product
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing I can think of that has been a downside of using HubSpot Sales Hub. The countries one can call are pretty limited, and the tool needs to be supplemented by an external calling tool. This is a pity, as the calling feature is so good compared to what is out there. But, being in a global company, we need to be able to call countries where we currently cannot using HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool where our whole team can easily see the entire sales process as one big picture. It has improved our productivity and made the sales process a delight.
Flexible and intuitive platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and intuitive, but with a lot of features as well. The support is fast and responsive as well. Training new users of the platform is very easy, and usually they manage to navigate through HubSpot by themselves within the first day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some key features, like A/B testing of sales emails, should be available to more plans in my opinion. Sometimes there are reliability issues, but very rarely overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy way to overview our sales outbound activities. Additional functions like being able to call easily through the platform itself are a big plus. HubSpot also serves as a good platform to track deals and store documents part of the entire sales process.
Hard at first coming from a different crm
What do you like best about the product?
The best is the workflows once you find them, as well as the customer support experience
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you need workflows to change leads status is very annoying. This should be able to to from within the leads and not from within the contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The call recording is very helpful as well as the dashboards. I didn't have enough overview of what my team is doing.
HubSpot is one of the best CRMs I have used
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub provides easy access and maintenance of the leads and contacts for my day-to-day routine. As an experienced Sales professional who used various CRMs in my earlier organizations, I would rate 9* for HubSpot Sales in terms of automation, analytics, reports and email-tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though HubSpot provides various features, it is pretty complex for new users to get accustomed to the platform. Due to overwhelming features, the user might also need to spend extra time learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helped me solve the problem of disorganization in the sales process by providing a centralized platform to track and manage contacts, leads, and deals. It improved my efficiency and ensured that sales teams had a clear view of their pipeline and tasks.
Better than Salesforce

The ability to sequence emails is a game changer.
