Hubspot is extremely user friendly for sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is super easy to navigate and you can track emails sent to clients to see if they have opened them or now. You are able to customize just about everything from emails to contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to new leads coming in you don't get notifications from hubspot, those come from your email. I would like hubspot much better if you could get those notifications from hubspot instead of having to watch your email all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping us being able to track our clientele and where they are sending their inquiries from. All of this helps when trying to figure out how to target customer.

What do you like best about the product?
The tasks feature keeps you up to date on your leads. The ability to adjust the filters is great. The deal revenue count is helpful for forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notes filed are not relational. The relationship between units, contacts and deals neds an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best part about HubSpot is their ability to help streamline your day-to-day tasks. How about allows you to load your contacts and companies with respected filters to allow you to manipulate the call order of which you're trying to reach your prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one thing about HubSpot that could be better is the ability to upload a voicemail and then just send out that recording of the voicemail rather than having to leave a voicemail each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem HubSpot is solving for me right now is staying on top of my engagements. The activity feet in HubSpot makes it very easy to stay on top of who opens and who interacts with your emails you sent out. It's benefits me all around because I'm able to reach my target audience at the right amount of time from which they opened up my email and are familiar with my product.

It can be a bit confusing. With so much data being displayed, it's hard to pay attention/ focus on what is essential.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to manage the sales pipeline, keep track of the pipeline, and when making tasks as a reminder

Some of the times it gets slow, contacts should merge in automatic

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is simple to use and is not over-complicated with unecessary fluff. Its easy to find what you are looking for when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be buggy at times. Its usually things that are insignificant like having to refresh the page several times for things to load. Also, I would like the platform to be more stable and reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay on track with what I have to get done on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Huge for me. It prevents me from letting things fall through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot works well with our Salesforce. It helps our company communicate more and get the concerns out of our clients, tenants and owners that need to be addressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside of Hubspot is there are times that the responses are delivered delayed. Reason that sometimes we get escalations for delayed responses. Somehow it's better if the datas are delivered real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue were having with unresponded emails and messages from clients. It helps our team get more leads for the responses we provide to them. I really help the company a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Information is easily aggregated and can be done by someone with little to no experience. Anyone who is working in hubspot could easily become proficient within a couple of weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is lacking is the amount of connected apps we can use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping us identify key users of our site and connecting those users to our sales staff. This allows us to work on renewals and reactivations as well as new new business

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access for all the functionalities. It is very intuitive and easy to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some bugs with how the menus are linked together. Going back on a deal can take you back to companies when you should go to deals, etc...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With hubspot I keep track of all my leads and there is also a full history with each contact.
