What do you like best about the product?
So simple to use! It automatically builds sequencing steps and with the chrome extension and app it notifies you of email opens etc
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found anything about it that I dont like, everything can be customised to suit and is easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything in one place from a CRM to outreach and marketing. It is all in one place, easy to use across multiple offices across the UK

The analytics and tools to create statistics

I am unable to view messages in my inbox unless i have actually sent them through my inbox

This is a great CRM and has lots of ways to show engagement on your site, emails, and makes scheduling meetings easy with email integration

What do you like best about the product?
I believe hubspot is very intuitive to use. It assists you on keeping track of all the details of your leads and clients, and also transparency for the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search is not great, although it has improved since the last interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to centralize the information, transparency in emails and calls as well as the possibility of adding notes and email sequences

What do you like best about the product?
Very Useful Platform and provding a lot of features even in Free version. Easy to integrate and good sales management tool for updating the data. We are using hubspot in our day to day activities and it is integrated to our marketing webiste also. Very Good Customer Service
What do you dislike about the product?
We dont have any dislike becuase they are providing lot of options even in the free version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking all the activities of team and the organization in Hubspot. Creating leads, Deals, Logging the sales activities etc The complete sales Cycle is managing using this platform

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot integration of our emails/ calendars allows us to track all interactions with clients in a very managable way. Great for ease of use an colaboration with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better UI for sending emails out, activelists than can be edited in a more user friendly way.

Mapping client and New business reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot offers a huge value as you can selecte the pieces of the puzzle you most need to hang off of their free hub. It is flexible and powerful. I like it much more than the CRM from Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find any downsides to HubSpot Sales Hub.

Tracking, facilitating, and communicating

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is always up-to-date with their products. Always making it easier for sales reps to manage deals and their sales leads in one portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike, but I belive their Marketing Hub is stronger than their sales hub

What do you like best about the product?
I can monitor my tasks, my deals and all of my customer data efficiently and easily using Hubspot. It integrates really well with other tools I use such as Aircall and RevenueHero.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hubspot changes/removes features that are useful, such as the mini-dashboard that got replaced by the prospecting workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot totally automates and streamlines managing my customer relationships, which massively benefits me as an SDR. It allows me to easily keep track of all of my tasks, send emails, create templates, etc. which all allow me to manage my relationships in the easiest and best way possible.
