Super convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about HubSpot are the integrations with Slack, Gmail, ring I/O. It really helps me to stay focused and organized as I am a salesman with ADHD.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to create parent accounts. Maybe there is some thing that we can do to replicate that, but we do work with offices with multiple accounts where we want to attach it to one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of accounts and tasks, our company is very transactional so we work with a lot of different accounts. It certainly does help with production.
Keeps me and the rest of the company organized and on the same page!
What do you like best about the product?
Task reminders are my lifesaver! I also love sequences, templates, notes, and pinning important information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a faster/easier way ti import contacts. I also wish you could pin top contacts on the company page the way you can pin notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me organized and tracking all of my data. My tasks, lists, and sequences are my best friend.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance, setting up sales hub can seem a bit daunting. It is very powerful and fully customizable, so I highly recommend having a game plan in action before jumping in:
- What data do you want to capture?
- What data is essential to report on in real-time?
- How do you want your workflows to operate for salespeople vs how do you want them to feel/ be experienced by your prospects?
- When building out custom automation, THINK LIKE A COMPUTER (this will help you connect the data dots faster and have a smoother time).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost, it is a centralized database of current customers, past clients, and potential new prospects. It allows our sales department to create custom outreach campaigns for new prospects while nurturing previous clients and providing real-time quotes/ contracts to our existing clients. It also helps us capture data on website visits, email opens, email clicks, campaign and sequence progress.
HubSpot was my first CRM and I found it incredibly intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Using HubSpot Sales Hub, I was able to onboard, begin prospecting, and closing deals quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I want to do things that are not quite available in HS yet, like hyperlinking personalization tokens. However, they are continueing to work on these features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has helped with our sales process from beginning to end. Once a prospect has been found, we are able to track engagement ad manage them from top-of-funnel to bottom.
Great and easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I think everything is very easy to find and understand. Super simple and quick to learn in depth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customers information will not generate when trying to search for a client.

Keeping track of all of our customers and our outreach efforts.
User Friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very user-friendly for the most part. I love the activity feed is a huge place to fish for contacts/leads . Plus, having the Hubspot app on my phone synced with my desktop is such a tremendous benefit. Helps keep my tasks all streamlined for daily activities!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you are limited to 500 emails a day. Sequences are tricky, especially when trying to work from a large list.The call clarity from hubspot is not always clear

Centralizing all the sales processes - It is easy to follow and track
Great product to simplify leads
What do you like best about the product?
HibSpot Sales has made it easy to track leads and progress of deals for me. I am able to access leads and send emails easily.

The only thing that I do not like is that I am limited to the number of out going emails I can send in a sequence daily. This can be updated to increase the number

Able to keep track of contacts and how they are contacted. I can contact through LinkedIn on Hubspot so I do not have to keep switching platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation part extremely helpful. Specially if you are calling tons of people

I don't like that HubSpot is not that user friendly.

It doesn't require me to dial numbers, it is automatic and it is extremely helpful
Solid experience so far, has helped my sales team in many ways.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity has definitely been a positive experience. It is very easy to onboard new members to our sales team this way. Looking forward to new features over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more room for automation, I believe the third party features should be integrated instead of having to download and deal with separate companies.

Keeping in touch with the many contacts in our industry. Having the ability to automate our communications and track any incoming or outgoing emails/site visits.
An effective CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
It provides the exact amount of visibility and necessary variety as well to keep any organization on top of its sales funnel. The dashboard functions are also a very effective visual tool to quickly and accurately display all the relevant info needed on the current sales pipeline to all levels of an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would definitely benefit from both an increase in plug-in functionality, and also a greater level of dedication to reviewing and storing information on sales calls.

Forms an effective CRM tool for the main functions needed in an organization's sales vertical. Does so for a fair price, with little to no major technical issues (downtime, glitches, etc.)
