East to use CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to manage execute sales through different stages and pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easily navigating and using diifetent attributes for different pipelines
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to magnate sales pipeline and easily track and record where sales are in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
I've worked with Salesforce in the past, and I think that hubspot is more geared towards a reasonable work environment. It's harder for managers to micromanage and keeps the stress off the employee. Generally a pretty great CRM, and while it still has flaws its still my favorite so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything crucial at the moment to be honest. I think that it could use a little adjusting on the way graphs work when you make the window smaller, since I have to zoom in to find my name sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that it benefits me quite a bit on my day to day workload - It's pretty easy to craft a workflow, move tasks around, find good deals, check on my tickets, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
After using salesforce for years I finally had the opportunity to use Hubspot and love it. It's simple easy to organize all your sales activity and all the integrations with other tech products makes it seamless for prospecting and closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the overall functionality could be better in terms of the user experience. I think things could be better presented and organized. It seems a little clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it really easy to organize all our sales deals in a unique way. The emailing from the platform is super easy too and if you have an integration with something like Appollo, prospecting takes only minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot is that it can help me to manage and save time by automatically sending email campaigns and ordering my lead's contacts. I've been using HubSpot for almost 6 months and I can see traction in my sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to enroll more contact in one email sequence at once, this will help me to save more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves the process of sending several manual emails to prospect new clients and help me to automatize and personalize the email campaigns that I send every day.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that the CRM and the outreach tool was all in one spot. I could keep my sales activities nice and clean while updating the CRM at the same time, all in one window.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was just starting my career in tech sales when I first used it so I didn't have the eye to catch any areas of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of our prospects and keeping track of my sales activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface. Easy to connect with website for lead capture
What do you dislike about the product?
The Email marketing add-on can be pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved to Hubspot from Zoho and immediately saw the benefit of connectivity to other productivity tools and added sophistication to our campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales were helpful when it came to managing your pipeline. I have used it during my job at Revolut, and it was a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was not much that I didn't like about Hubspot. Still, one thing that was not very helpful was that my Google account was getting deactivated as maybe the emails were being out of the prescribed limit, which i was not able to manage with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the existing and new pipeline have been very beneficial for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Gamesquare recently made the decision to transition to HubSpot from another CRM tool in order to more seamlessly manage our customer journey across sales and marketing in one place. The user-friendly interface enabled a very smooth and fast onboarding process for the entire sales organization. The robust analytics also make it easy for me to monitor our revenue metrics and identify further growth levers, resulting in an immediate impact towards our growth goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact/account ownership across multiple business units lacks a strong workflow. We have multiple sub-brands under our parent company set up as business units and have not found a good way to allocate an account to various business units all who might be working with the account for different reasons. It ends up impacting internal workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key problem HubSpot helps us solve is to more seamlessly manage our customer journey across sales and marketing in one place, with a key focus on deal flow and revenue reporting
