I just started using Hubspot through my company and love how easy it is to navigate and use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashbaord and being able to see the amount of emails, calls, and meetings. I also like the way contacts are added and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how complicated filters are and making lists are very hard to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping keep everthing organized within our company. It benefits me by being more successful.

What do you like best about the product?
A good overview of how each email is performing each sequence is performing and best is its very easy to use. How well it easy implementation with the outlook and business id. Many features our of which one would be customer service 24/7 and its part of everyday use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of the Marketing hub should have recommended tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my team on one page and giving us the reports and data points to learn and be better

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a way to note every interation you have with a client and integrates very well with other tools to help track calls, emails and more. It's has a great sequence tool, and It's new prospecting workspace helps ensure I don't miss anything. I spend the vast majority of my workday opperating out of Hubspot. While it took a bit to get used to at first, once I figured it out, it became a very valuable tool for my sales work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their are many ways of implementing the tool. The hardest part is figuring out what will be the most effective method for your team

The ability to keep track of everything I am working on.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we are able to create our own integrations into Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up stuff could be more user friendly, but after you have been using it for a while it does become a lot easier. We use Hubspot for evary aspect of our business. Tracking customers, integrating our teams emails, prospective sales, tickets and inventory tracking with the ticketing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to predict our sales, and let the sales team know what when they can expect their commisions payments.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me communicate with prospects effectively and efficiently. I can use email templates, sequences, tracking, and scheduling to send personalized and timely messages to your leads. I can also make and record calls, schedule meetings, and share documents from within the platform. It helps me connect with leads from anywhere around the world. I can use HubSpot's integrations with Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, and more to sync your data and activities across different platforms. I can also use HubSpot's mobile app to access my sales tools and data on the go. I can also use HubSpot's live chat and chatbot to engage with my website visitors and capture leads. The customer support is excellent too. I use then every day and without Hubspot my work is not complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive, especially for small businesses or startups. HubSpot Sales Hub has high setup costs, ranging from $3,000 to $6,000, and requires a mandatory onboarding service. The pricing plans are also not very flexible, as they are based on annual contracts and do not allow early termination.. The free plan is very limited and does not include many features that are essential for sales, such as workflow automation, A/B testing, and reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending too much time on writing and sending emails that do not perform well. HubSpot Sales Hub provides email templates, sequences, tracking, and scheduling tools that help myself and my team to create and deliver personalized and effective emails to their prospects.

Hubspot: The best spot for Sales and marketing

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is their system and mobile app. I do not need to use my laptop to call or email and add new contacts. It is very convenient and smart. Never used such a great app. Thanks a lot Hubspot team for creating CRM which is very easy to use and which performs well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never found any fault but I would say unsubscribing people and ability to sort by people contacted via call should be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving our main problem of adding, calling, emailing and creating new client by using their CRM features, which are easy to use and implement.

What do you like best about the product?
The activity feed shows me when clients open emails. This is a useful tool for me to measure engagement. I really like how easy it is to update deals and call people while logged in.

Nothing, I am very pleased with Hubspot.

The AI assistant is helping me respond efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Hi, I am using HubSpot for 2 years, the features are much useful than salesforce. I have used Dynamic 365, Salesforce, Zoho and leadsquared in my previous organizations. But I must say HubSpot is way better than all of them each and every customisation and running a sequence is so easy that you don't have to check with any of your technical experts
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of , it's just great user experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a track and record of all the calls my team is making, all the reports are way to easy to see and have a look at the same. I can check results of the campaigns at any given time.
