Very Useful Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Using the hub to easily import leads (both contacts and companies) and reach all of them with just a few clicks. Creating lists is a breeze to keep organized, and sequencing from there makes outreach streamlined to free up time for individual outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about, there are tons of direct integration for all types of apps, and keeping track of pipeline is a breeze! the only complaint I would have is forcing small bsuinesses to purchase expensive enterprise package, should offer sequencing and other abilities ala carte for afffordability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a great CRM, keeping all of my contacts in one organized place to enable efficient outreach and tracking of all communication and progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see all data on prospect all in one page. It's so nice to be able to have everything logged for easy convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have would be the ability for there to be duplicate accounts. We have issues with prospects having 2+ accounts with the same email.

Hubspot is keeping all of the data and numbers in one spot, it's easy to see how employees are progressing.

It's super user-friendly and has the perfect way to track your customer's journey and remind you about your pending tasks

You cannot WhatsApp with clients directly, you always need templates

I use hubspot every day to effectively manage our customer base via automation or manual tasks.

- hubspot automation is sometimes incorrect (workflows are hard to get right)

It's solving the problem of not being organized. With the CRM we can be organized and communicate on a high level about our sales strategy.

Ease of use, straight forward inputting data. Perfect all-in-one CRM system. Ive been using Hubspot fopr many years and this is just the best.

Nothing would change in my eyes. Ive used multiple CRM and Sales hub systems and thats the bottom line.

Once source of truth. Everything is in one place - less clicks, less thinking, more automation.

It has the best cost for the customer one of the cheapest B2B tool in market
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are several advantages to HubSpot Sales Hub, not everyone may find all of them to be agreeable. Certain consumers perceive the pricing to be somewhat exorbitant, particularly for startups or small firms. An additional frequent grievance is that novice users may find the system somewhat daunting. When you only need a simple screwdriver, it's like receiving a Swiss Army knife. Therefore, it's more a case of having too much of a good thing than a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An electronic Swiss Army knife for companies is what HubSpot Sales Hub is. Along with managing contacts and leads and offering analytics to monitor success, it facilitates the streamlining of sales operations. Centralised data has several advantages, one of which is that it simplifies the understanding and nurturing of leads by combining customer encounters.
