A flexible sales management software
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is a great way to manage your sales team and sales process in one place. There are tons of HubSpot integrations available in the HubSpot App Marketplace and other stand-alone apps that will help you flow the data easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up HubSpot sales Hub in your sales, marketing, or recruitment team can become a tricky part initially. The learning curve is a bit high if you have a new team joining the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the core issue of managing your sales performance and managing your sales team. We have applied the same for our hiring and sales process and this software helps.

What do you like best about the product?
the best part I like about HubSpot Sales Hub is its features with various methodologies and dimensions to plan the process for selling the product in a condition of sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful about HubSpot Sales Hub is it is a little complicated to manage the process and integrate it with our system. Thus, that requires a change to manage the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a one-stop solution for our business and it is great technology partner to actively plan the process of selling with strategic plan in the management of business

I like the control of the information of my customer, I can consult their information very easy

I don't like the usability of the reports and dashboards, is difficult to create

The software solves the administration of information of my customers, is very easy to find the date that I need.

What do you like best about the product?
Our solar business is run through HubSpot, covers all the needs our company requires and is a great tool to keep track of our teams' activity and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integrations on different tears. Due to our partnership with the 3rd party leads seller, we can't receive those leads into our HubSpot. We have to do it manually

Is Hubspot Sales worth it?
What do you like best about the product?
Right now, I'm enjoying the flexibility of being able to add companies and prospects into a platform and track emails and activity with these prospects. I like that the system pulls the company information from the website (phone number, logo, locations, approximate asset size, etc.), saving me valuable time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. Sure, it can be helpful to have this software, but smaller companies would have to fork over a limb to use the paid version. There's a relatively affordable option (around $30-100/month, depending on the number of users), but it leaves out many of the desired features. The next option is $800 a month or more! It is also very confusing to figure out a simple workflow from prospect to onboarding a new client. I'll have to update once I onboard a new client on this part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me with sales tracking and improves my productivity. It also helps with sales efficiency and collecting pertinent info on possible leads. Prospect tracking. Email tracking and analytics.

I like how I can customize the funnel and how the contacts within a company talk with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of global coverage for Phone call and SMS.

HubSpot Sales is helping me in the way that I organize my notes, deals and contacts.

It's very intuitive, fast to learn and get comfortable with.

It sometimes doesn't load correctly, or it would be nice to have a way to edit the view of the tickets individually

One of the features that I particularly enjoy is the email tracking and templates. You can track when your emails are opened and clicked and even receive notifications when someone engages with your message. Additionally, HubSpot Sales Hub allows us to create personalized email templates that can be saved and reused, saving us time and effort.

It allows me to manage all contact; existing clients and prospects all in one area. It helps me stay organized and consistent.
What if Sales Hub was an ADHD cure
What do you like best about the product?
Probably the ability to organises the whole team working from the same place and tracking it down by a few clicks. Integration with Notion for payments. Custom pixel for tracking all activities. Integration with Intercom. Literally, lot of awesome stuff!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lot of features aren't available in the starter package, like templates for quotes. Ok, we're creating custom lines manually, but cmon, it's just a template, why can't you make it free?

Maintains lot of different deals with different pricing and helps to track customer's journey after the payment.
