Best way to manage your sales funnel and customers
What do you like best about the product?
Sales hub allows me to, in one spot access all engagements I have had with a client, look up the information provided to them, past orders and any other details that help me connect with my client, re-engage with them and as a result close deals faster
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is a very powerful tool. Although this wouldn't entirely be a dislike, sometimes it can be overwhelming, especially when I started as a new user understanding how everything connected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem hubspot solves is the CRM history required when moving accounts from one account or sales manager to another. Its ability to capture the information wholesomely makes it easier for people to pick up where others left off.

I like the way all of the activities of clients can be tracked on hub spot.

Some of the work flows are a bit tricky and it seems small changes can create huge issues for reporting.

Solves the problem of communication tracking and reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Free flow of content, ability to connect Customer with Transaction easily, ability to send meeting notices to Customers via email

The full contact information for the Contact being in a separate window than the transaction page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to contact customers more efficiently

The search engine and data entry for HubSpot are incredibly easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit cumbersome to make changes of old data at times, but that's more of an issue with our internal data entry than with HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great having a consistent database of information as well as an all-in-one way to track communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly HubSpot is. It really allows me to track my progress and see the status of each account that I am working on. It was very easy to learn how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could really filter your dead status vs lead. I found out how to do it but it would rarely work. I didn't have many problems with Hubspot, mostly positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding customers in certain regions. It benefits us as we can have all of our leads under one system with no confusion on who is working on what account. Love it!
Great tool to stay on top of things
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions when creating emails and the ease of use when sending emails. Also love how simplified adding companies to the platform by using the domain name.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using HubSpot for true cold outreach at times can lead to emails being flagged and not going through, even with having the right email. Would love to see a better scale on how an email will get over barriers.

Sending out documents in a neat and trackeable link to ensure clients are seeing relevant material. Scheduling directly with clients. Keeping track of team ownership and accountability
Smart and integrated
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with google suite is very helpful and smart, I also like the idea of having all information regarding my team and my performance at my disposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, sometimes the platform can be a little slow, probably when they are updating something on the system, but you need a good to excellent PC to be able to use it without any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really easy and quick to have a platform that unites all of the tools needed to do the entire process of support to a client, it makes me quicker on responding to customers due to HubSpot notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows for easy tracking with our call system - it has excellent uptime and is easy to train new users on; the UI is easy on the eyes and allows for easy navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't enough integration with other call systems. If they had a wider availability for integration, it would promote growth and allow for people to switch between call systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for tracking of customers and allows for users to communicate with their contacts. It also allows for one click calling through aloware integration, which saves us time.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature to track emails sent to the lead, the options available to manage them, and the sales pipeline make it very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time there is trouble with the Chrome extension where it gets logged out automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us a lot in tracking emails, scheduling meetings and having an overview bout the leads. Their dashboards help in understanding the pipeline and in tracking the activities the sales team does.
