Effortless Sales Management with Top-Notch Forecasting
What do you like best about the product?
I love using HubSpot Sales Hub for all things related to sales because it effectively consolidates everything I need in one place, which makes it easy to navigate and use. The platform's forecasting abilities are a standout feature for me, as we do our sales revenue forecasting within the deals component, and it functions very well. I am thoroughly satisfied, to the extent that I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 when recommending it to a friend or colleague. Additionally, the initial setup process was quite straightforward with the help of a platinum partner, making the transition smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to integrate ERP systems with HubSpot Sales Hub. Specifically, while we use Sage 200, and we have managed to run APIs to transfer data, the process is not as seamless as I would like. It would be beneficial if there were easier ways to connect these systems, reducing the reliance on complex APIs for integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for sales tasks, enjoying easy navigation and forecasting. It centralizes everything but could improve ERP integration. Setting it up was easy with a partner.
User-Friendly, Perfect for Growing Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I love using HubSpot Sales Hub for its user-friendly interface, which is greatly beneficial for both sales representatives and administrators. The ease of onboarding new sales reps and implementing company needs from a revenue operations/admin perspective is a major advantage. The platform's simplicity is a key driver for us as a growing business. Additionally, I appreciate that HubSpot is very attentive to implementing essential features along with nice-to-have extras, which enhances the overall functionality and user experience of the platform. The initial setup was also impressively easy for both sales reps and admins, which facilitated a smooth transition from our previous product, Salesforce, which was too complex for our needs. These aspects, combined with its ability to keep my sales team organized and serve as a single source of truth for revenue operations, make it a valuable tool in our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the features that I find can be improved in HubSpot Sales Hub is sequencing and email setups. My company is very careful not to burn our domains, and having the capability to control internal domains would be beneficial. Additionally, the issue of bouncing contacts has been a blocker recently, and it would be helpful to have deeper insights into the reasons behind these bounces along with suggested solutions from HubSpot, such as a bounce check prior to sequencing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to keep my sales team organized with a single source of truth, solving tracking, reporting, and miscommunication issues. Its user-friendly interface aids easy onboarding and implementation, crucial for our growing business.
Single Customer View and Powerful AI Tools Make a Winning Combo
What do you like best about the product?
Single customer view - any user can see the entire customer journey in one place. The AI tools are excellent and make it simple to see which leads need to be contacted and when. Tracking works out of the box. Sequencing, reporting and training are all good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Call integration has been harder than I'd have liked. Permissions has proved a challenge to set up, but it's working now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows my sales team to contact the leads that come in much quicker than our previous system. Also, being able to customise and administer the platform in house is so valuable, We're moving faster than we ever have before and achieving bespoke processes in half the time.

I absolutely love HubSpot Sales Hub for several reasons. One of the standout features for me is the email tracking, which facilitates sending personalized outreach emails directly from HubSpot while integrating seamlessly with my Outlook profile. This integration adds a professional touch to our communications. Additionally, I appreciate the automated follow-up sequences that HubSpot offers, as they significantly enhance our communication efficiency. The integration capabilities of HubSpot Sales Hub are impressive; it easily integrates with other tools like Zapier, making it incredibly convenient to connect various platforms. The ease of integration stands out as a major advantage for my team. Moreover, HubSpot's initial setup process was extremely straightforward, particularly with the help of the trial period, which allowed us to explore its functionalities and gain insights through its accessible training materials. The resources from HubSpot Academy were particularly beneficial and enhanced our understanding and utilization of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration with the sites we are currently monitoring a bit difficult. Additionally, the limitation of sending marketing emails to only a thousand contacts in a month is challenging for us, especially since we have a large number of prospects exceeding 4,000. This restriction complicates our efforts to manage and send communications effectively. Furthermore, HubSpot lacks the feature to create segments within segments, which would be beneficial for organizing and sending marketing contacts within a master segment.

I find HubSpot Sales Hub organizes client management, simplifies lead tracking, and integrates emails automatically. It helps in scheduling meetings and forecasting, making prospect follow-ups effortless.

Hubspot is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for me to concentrate on sales with a clear and purposeful approach. It also helps me extend my reach to the specific clients I want to target.

I haven't encountered any issues so far. Hubspot is user-friendly and functions smoothly.

Effortless Task Management Makes Organizing Days a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use, i love the task feature that allows you to organize your days really easily.. Salesforce does not have this as i am a current user of Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting wasnt great for leaders to be able to see, also the api ability wasnt great woth other dialers if you wanted to find a local dialer.. Kixie is a great one we found if you end up going that direction

Literally everything. was very able to see and track your leads in sales.. also very easy to build dashboard and reports for the user.
Solid CRM that streamlined our B2B sales process
What do you like best about the product?
The email tracking and sequencing features have been game changing for our outbound sales. We can see right when prospects open emails or click links, which helps our team time their followups perfectly. The deal pipeline visualisation is also incredibly helpful. Our sales manager can quickly spot where deals are getting stuck and jump in to help. Also, integration with Gmail is seamless too, so our reps dont have to switch between multiple platforms throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially for newer team members. There's almost too many options, and it takes time to figure out which metrics actually matter for your business. Also, the mobile app sometimes lags when you're trying to update deal information on the go, which can be frustrating when you're traveling between client meetings. We've also noticed that some of the more advanced automation features require a steeper learning curve than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, our sales team was juggling multiple tools like spreadsheets for tracking leads, separate email platforms, and sticky notes everywhere. We were losing track of followups and had no visibility into what stage each deal was actually in. HubSpot centralised everything into one platform, so now we can see the entire customer journey from first contact to closed deal. The automated email sequences have freed up about 5-6 hours per week for each rep, letting them focus on actual conversations instead of manual data entry. We've also reduced our sales cycle by roughly 20% because the pipeline view makes it obvious when deals are going cold, so we can re engage faster. For our small team of 8 sales reps, this has translated to closing about 3-4 more deals per month without adding headcount.

I also appreciate the continuous upgrades and adjustments that improve the platform's functionality, and the Breeze Intelligence program's prospecting agent is super helpful. The integration with other tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator further enriches the experience, making it an indispensable tool for my sales operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate HubSpot Sales Hub for its ease of use and intuitive design, which makes it accessible even for those less familiar with digital platforms. The seamless integration with other systems, such as our finance platform for invoicing and our exhibition floor plan tool, significantly enhances our operational efficiency. I find the built-in calling system and the ability to run reports directly from HubSpot particularly helpful, providing valuable insights and improving our sales strategy. The single point of truth provided by HubSpot, by integrating Sales and Marketing Hubs, ensures clarity and consistency across our business processes, reducing the need for multiple systems and thereby saving resources. I enjoy the new AI enrichment features and look forward to utilizing them more. The flexibility of being able to interact with various platforms and tools like Google Sheets and Qualify adds to the adaptability and functionality of HubSpot Sales Hub. Overall, this system meets our needs effectively, streamlining our operations and enhancing our sales productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the UI changes too often, with small changes and things being renamed frequently, which can be disruptive. Specifically, the handling of 'leads' has been changed multiple times, causing confusion. Additionally, the inability to upload leads directly is a limitation; currently, I have to upload contacts and then assign them to leads through workflows, which I find cumbersome. I would like to see leads structured in the same way as other objects like deals, contacts, and companies for consistency. Additionally, the limitation of not being able to view dashboards outside of HubSpot, without a HubSpot account, restricts our ability to display data seamlessly throughout our offices.
