What do you like best about the product?
Data acquisition is easy and data analytics is better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many tabs will have to swap often to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot basically gives you the sales data with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and you get a lot of insights from it. Helping to see the progress of your sequencing and whats working and what needs to be improved. very helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are very few things which I dislike about Hubspot is its little complicated and the UI feels to be it can be little improved and that would help as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a CRM so basically helping with the prospect reviewing your sequences over Hubspot and doing prospecting accordingly on the HubSpot is very useful for emails and calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Having never used a crm before this was pretty easy to pick up. The workflows are great and the ways to log information are super. I don't have anything to compare it to so can't compare it
What do you dislike about the product?
How much information there is and how lost I can get. Having never used it and never getting any training it's hard to find time to do any of the courses available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a bite of everything in my market in one place is so helpful. I can keep on top of what's hapleneing without digging to much. It's made my life a lot simpler
It works but there are some glitches and the user must learn as he/she goes and work around them

Abilitiy to form lists and to send bulk emails

Problems with working with outlook and limitations around how many email one can send

difficulty in figuring out why some emails do not get sent

I love using HubSpot Sales Hub because it allows me to keep track of and follow up with all potential clients in one convenient and easy-to-use software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning HubSpot Sales Hub can be a bit of a bear, but luckily there are several tutorials to accelerate the learning process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps me keep track of following up with all potential clients and prospects so I never miss an opportunity to make a sale! Without it, I'd be lost.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Hubspot is how easy and affordable it was for us to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
They recently removed SMS option from their workflows which messed up some of our internal procedures

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales make it easy to maintain all the contacts and track them. It is easy to follow up, create tasks, and automate most of the sales cycle. You can track all the conversations and know when the prospect has opened your email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy to tag the deals from the source they are generated and file reports on them. Quote creation and formats can also be improved. Editing and entering line item values separately seems difficult for beginners. It should be done on the main deal creation page itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been easy to keep track of prospects after implementing Hubspot. Filing reports on different KPIs is made very easy, and it helps a lot to know which areas need improvement. Task creation is easy, and assigning leads to someone is also accessible.
Still probably the best CRM on the market and flawless integration with our marketing tools.
What do you like best about the product?
In our experience, the integration with HubSpot's marketing hub is flawless and perhaps the best value for money as a 'suite'. We get full visibility with content engagement and can reference this with our prospects. Examples such as which whitepapers they downloaded or which pricing pages they visited, allowing them to prioritize leads based on genuine intent rather than cold outreach. When paired with service hub, the transition becomes even more meaningful because as soon as a deal closes, the account information and technical specs are instantly accessible to our customer success team, ensuring a reliable onboarding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things, we integrate with NetSuite and it can be sluggish and require full re-syncs with no real explanation why. I wish there was a more cyclical release schedule of updates as it happens too frequently and poses an inconvenience to our users. Lastly, would just like to see more CPQ functionality, we're forced to use third party integration rather than something native.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure what problems it's solving but the system allows me to simplify my analytics to one hub which is the main value to me.
Optimizing Sales via Hubspot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall centralization of our CRM, deals, processes and client communication happening all within one tool. I think the biggest advantage is the customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive, unfortunately, you start to find that you need Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, and Service Hub for enhanced customer service. When you least expect it, you have purchased the entire software in many parts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to work together on client deals, provide transparency within the company, and have a central system of truth regarding client data. The business has grown because of it.

I like how easy it is to classify clients and the simple navigation and funcitionality

There could be a few more smart tools within the Hub
