Love the UI, thought through UX, super easy to learn but powerful to be productive
What do you like best about the product?
Clean intuitive UI with a well-rounded feature set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Didn't dislike a lot. Full-text search in notes may have been a sore point but otherwise a fantatstic experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I have migrated to HubSpot twice and now work in a HubSpot shop. The platform is easy to use and very easy to set up and train people on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features missing - for example, the forecasting is not very good. You can't manipulate the forecast as easy as other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to easily see sales activity which helps determine how deals are progressing through the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a one-shop-stop for all the CRM, sales and pipeline visibility. It allows for lots of integrations and allows users to make full use of the pipeline tracking and nurturing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a reason why hubspot is so popular compared to others, but there are a few things where hubspot can improve upon. First is that when one completes a mail campaign, there is no way to download all the lead details. Hubspot only provides open/click data for leads for email campaigns. Second, sometimes it take hours for the email campaigns to get approved from the hubspot team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot fills the vacuum of integrated sales and marketing efforts to get everything in one place. Moreover it gives great visibility for all stakeholders over the current pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is, HubSpot CRM is easy to understand and quite user-friendly. The tutorials they initially provide help users understand each module in a better way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I feel bad while using HubSpot sales hub. However, there is only thing that can be improved a bit which is its loading time. Also, there should be a mob app too.

Best Sales and Marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is at its best. It helps me to create workflows based on my priority and I can send timely sequences. I also use the tool for lead generation and generating tasks.

I like the tool very much there is nothing to dislike

It helps me to keep the track of my leads and also check the click rate, open rate, and reply rate. I can send customized sequences to my contacts. It is a very user friendly tool

What do you like best about the product?
Th sales features are very robust and sync very well with the rest of HubSpot. Everything is centrally tracked by contact, company, or deal. It's very easy to train sales staff to hit the ground running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features need tighter controls. For example, anyone in a sales pipeline can move deals to other stages, which can sometimes result in errors.

Salesforce no more
What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean integration and supreme support. I have never NEVER not been contacted by support when requested outside of 10 minutes. This has to be the best support platform on the planet. And riddle me this. - my need/question/concern whatever is corrected on the call. Love them

A tweak I would make is the import and export to be a bit cleaner. Meaning bulk requests

Very user friendly, easy to understand tool. Matches the requirement as per our company standards.

Too many drop-downs make it hard to find the relevant data at times of need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an efficient tool, but its major flaw is that it can be easily modified by anyone with access, making data integrity questionable.
World Class Client/Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
It's one of the most helpful and convenient tools I've ever used to manage our sales with my client and marketing campaigns. From best-in-contact tracking, and updates from leads to logging notes, even tagging people in my team and most of all- transparency of the services/features HubSpot provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the opportunities that HubSpot team needs to improve is the error that we get saying "Emails not Delivered" even after it has been double-checked, and also not to take so long to load up when leads are opened in multiple tabs, but other than that I am happy with hubSpot because it helped me have the best email campaign tool and it's very also easy to use.
