my hubspot experience

What do you like best about the product?
I love how i can see all my deals, and categorize them into different pipelines in order to see where i am at with each one of my deals, this helps when my pipeline grows bigger, to always stay on track on where i am with each potential client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the crm does glitch out, and having to manually enter in my tasks, things can easily get lost if i am not 100% on top of it. If anything it makes me more attentive to my deals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps me keep my day organized, know who and what to do with each and every client and organize what stage they are in, in the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very easy to use to track your sales and easy to change software views for your sales team , at the mean time the decision makers can have graphs to see so they can make management changes .
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great nothing to dislike , users need to engage more with the solution so they can use all the advantages that hubspot provides , also you can learn more about the product online
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helping us keep track of our leads and the email sequence helping us reach more customers, and keep track of their responses, you can also see if one of our customers clicked on our email

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to organize my tasks and leads. It integrates well with most of the tools we use. It makes my job simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to track down leads that may be duplicated. Wish there was an easier way to automate messaging to make things more efficient as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with organizing my leads so that I can efficiently and effectively conduct outreach. It makes me more productive because it is simple to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The best about HubSpot Sales Hub is you can outreach massive contacts, set yo follow yo emails and the just wait for the replies. Only one person can do a Lot of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There Is not something I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub. At the moment I was able to perform all my sales process without any bottlenecks. There's always something to improve but I didn't find anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that HubSpot Sales Hub is Solving Is the automatization. This feature benefit me on allow me to outreach a lot of potencial leads in a short period of Time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it sinks with my outlook calendar when meetings are sent on teams. I like and use the notes feature as I take copious notes on calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when a contact's email is not yet known so without the email, can't temporarily do @domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central organization of prospects, tasks and follow ups, business development with contact adding and notes on connections with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization and the functionality of the tools. It allows me to keep my deals in the correct stages as not to lose any deals in the process. I truly enjoy using it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to do more things in bulk to save me more time on my day to day tasks. There could be an easier and more efficent way to complete tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping me solve keeping up with my contacts for outreach and also document calls, emails and texts. I can also upload contracts to the contact in attachments

Without HS I would be lost !
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing it works great... and I'm also a power user of salesforce and I see NO reason to ever use salesfore again, for the price of HS and the VALUE this is amazing... if your using salesforce DUMP it save $$ take a HUGE vacation with the savings over SF

make more $ keeping me on task.... plain and simple

Streamlined and Detailed

What do you like best about the product?
The 3rd party integrations and ability to not just be forced into using whatever is built into a CRM (like some others do). Also, even when using a 3rd party, the integrations are so well done that you rarely have to leave HubSpot to complete most of the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 3rd party integrations work, but not always in the way you would hope that they would. For instance, we use JustCall, and the notes and call recordings don't always sync up within 15 mins or less. Some even never show up without going in and manually refreshing the Logs in JustCall and re-saving the notes you put in there. I will say that the HubSpot support team is fast and very helpful. Potential issues with 3rd parties should always be reasonably expected, but having great customer service, unfortunately, is not always a default. Thanks for going the extra mile HubSpot Customer Service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can streamline a lot of my daily Sales tasks all in one place and not have to wonder if my activities will be logged correctly. I can make filtered lists that meet most of the criteria and situations that I am looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, ease of use, the education that hubspot provides for new sales team members. The customer services is fantastic, You guys absolutely crush sales force out of the park!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little slow. I wish it had an intergration with Shopify as we are moving to Shopify Plus to process all of our B2B orders. If it linked into Shopify, and could pull the detailed reports/ Data in shopify to hubspot so you can compare the performance of your team, as well as accurate and detailed sales reports, you guys would be the world leader!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our customer data in an easy-to-use, manageable system, so we can know all the communications with our customers, scheduling meetings and giving us a good visual look at our lead pipeline.

An All-In-One Interface

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutley love the leads RPM management. It is intuitive and organized and I almost never have issues with using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the duplicate leads option was more intuitive and allowed you to merge or delete duplicates in an easier manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me keep track of all of our company's potential and current clients in an easy-to-use mainframe. What I love is that we can also have multiple employees use the program and it logs who did what on that client's profile, so we can keep easy track of the progress we've made with them. I also love the scheduling link and the email templates! It's shortened our day-to-day tasks by a lot.
