This feature is particularly beneficial in sending cold outreach to large databases, expanding our reach significantly. Furthermore, the initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was very easy for our team, reducing downtime typically associated with new software implementation.

I find that the message templates could be a bit more flexible. This limitation can make it challenging to tailor communications effectively based on specific needs or scenarios.

When the pipeline gets big, the interface can occasionally feel slow or cluttered. Not a deal breaker, just something that could be optimized for folks managing a lot of deals at once

One of the biggest problems it solves is consistency. Between sequences, reminders, and automated tasks, it removes the guesswork from follow-ups. The benefit for me is that I’m more reliable and responsive with prospects, which improves my win rates and keeps my pipeline moving.

Honestly, not much to complain about. Every now and then, I just find myself wanting a slightly quicker way to get to what I need.

We looked into it for our inbound sales call volume. We needed a solution and Hubspot provided some utilization but not all.
