Innovative Contact Features, But Needs a Faster Lite Version

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the new features of viewing your contacts on board, that's a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a lightening version like others offer because it appers to be slow sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot saves a lot of time and effort for my sales team and helps keeps us a track of every important action.

The user interface is very friendly and deals are easy to create and manage

Hard to fix things on your own, customer service is great, but some fixes aren't intuitive.

We needed one place to house all of our sales progress and exchanges, Hubspot was the answer

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I think just making the search function a little bit better. And maybe that comes with the new AI features that they're releasing.

I find HubSpot Sales Hub helps me stay organized and on track with tasks and follow-ups, simplifying my sales operations. The seamless integration with tools like Gong and Sales Navigator enhances my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
The reminders for tasks and follow-ups are extremely helpful. I also appreciate that when a call is recorded, a summary of the conversation is provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, if two companies with nearly identical names are entered into HubSpot, but with a slight variation, HubSpot does not recognize the similarity or prompt to confirm whether it is the same company being added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool to keep track of quotes, manage deals, and monitor sales calls.

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how seamlessly it brings everything together in one place.

Sometimes for me the system can feel slightly slow when handling a large volume of contacts

Great Data Accessibility, But List View Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales hub offers easier accessibility for me in viewing my data, that's the best part of using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
list view of contacts sometimes automatically reloads and gets me to the top of the list even if I am still working below, that's funny but could be improved by Hubspot,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time and effort for me and my team in maintaing data of each contact and conversation , the staging feature helps a lot while making monthly reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how quickly it syncs information and how much easier it is to use compared to Salesforce. I would highly recommend it to anyone, whether or not they have a sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, after using HUBSpot for four months, I haven't found anything I dislike. My experience has been positive up to this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM is much easier to use now and allows us to track our leads, sales, and stages more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love this CRM that I have been using for over 5 years, as a sales representative and now as a sales director. Excellent support service and maximum integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Request a bit of training before fully mastering it. Major area for improvement in my opinion is the customization of quotes and the user experience for those receiving a quote.
