Efficient, Insightful, and Easy to Use – A Must-Have for Sales Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how intuitive and streamlined the platform feels. Scheduling meetings is effortless thanks to the meeting scheduler, and the snippets feature saves me a lot of time when replying to emails. The email tracking provides detailed insights on opens and clicks, which is incredibly valuable for staying engaged. I find the Breeze summary especially helpful, as it condenses long email threads so I don’t have to sift through every message. Managing contacts and customer account information is straightforward and well-organized, making my daily work much less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to complain about, though at times the integration with other tools does involve a few additional steps. Also, I find that some of the advanced reporting features would benefit from greater customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot enables me to monitor engagement, manage my sales pipelines, and schedule meetings all in one place, eliminating the need to switch between different tools. By centralizing emails, documents, and customer information, it allows me to concentrate on nurturing relationships and finalizing deals. The platform’s insights into email performance and engagement help me identify and prioritize the most promising leads, which saves time and boosts my conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the easiest CRM there is and it very focused on Marketing. Also support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are not a lot of trainings to use the platforms, but it is very intuitive and AI helps a lot.

It makes CRM a lot less time consuming

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub offers the feature to review the last contact made with leads and provides location details, which is incredibly helpful for managing communication. The ability to receive notifications when leads come in and easily identify whether they are recycled or new leads streamlines my workflow, making lead management much more efficient. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was; it was a simple one-click process and instantly ready to use. These features combined make the HubSpot Sales Hub a valuable tool in enhancing my work efficiency and effectiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the main issue I encounter with HubSpot Sales Hub is the presence of bugs which tend to make the system slow, particularly during peak times. This affects the platform's efficiency, especially when new leads come in.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to efficiently manage leads, easily track last contact details, and identify if leads are new or recycled, all within an all-in-one platform.

The use of templates within HubSpot Sales Hub greatly aids in streamlining my outreach efforts, making it easier and faster to deploy communication plans, especially when directing new contacts into appropriate sequences. I value the ability to plan follow-up emails through sequences, as it substantially reduces the need for consistent manual follow-ups, improving efficiency. Additionally, I found the initial setup process to be seamless when transitioning from Salesforce, thanks to our internal HubSpot admin, which made the switch uncomplicated. My satisfaction is reflected in my willingness to highly recommend HubSpot Sales Hub to peers, rating it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the pacing of emails going out through HubSpot Sales Hub. My IT team has flagged my inbox several times because the quantity of emails I'm sending in short periods of time is raising red flags on our domain.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to streamline client outreach, reducing follow-up needs and increasing response rates with personalized emails. It integrates well with other tools like Salesforce, making it easy to manage sequences and enhance client communication.

I find that the HubSpot Sales Hub extension sometimes doesn't pick up the specific email addresses that may be reached out to. This might be due to user error, but a more thorough refinement of the HubSpot Sales extension could improve this issue.

At this time, nothing. This platform is much easier to use then Salesforce which was the CRM my last company used.

Excellent Calling and Email Tracking Features
What do you like best about the product?
The calling option works very well, and I also appreciate the email tracking feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inbound calls are not ideal because you can't see who is calling; only the phone number is displayed, and it isn't linked to the company or contact page. This makes it difficult to identify callers or access relevant information quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking tasks and managing the sales pipeline are essential parts of my workflow. This process helps me stay organized and ensures that I can follow up on opportunities efficiently.
