Hubspot is honestly the reason I am a successful sales person!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales keeps all of my contacts and tasks organized in one place. Working in sales, it is easy to get distracted or go down a "rabbit hole" with one customer and forget about follow-up. HubSpot Sales allows automatic tasks and emails sent to help you keep in touch with all your money-makers!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little time to "learn" all the features of HubSpot Sales....it can be daunting, but there is literally something called HubSpot Academy that can lessen that learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that HubSpot Sales solves the problem of "what to do next" for salespeople, including ours. Keeping people productive and on task is imperative to reaching sales goals. In fact, we have reached milestone sales goals as a team while using HubSpot Sales!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of onboarding new users has been a huge positive for Hubspot Sales Hub. We have ready made playbooks for training, an organized list of templates to use and more that lets our new hires easily adapt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con to Hubspot is it is common that many sales reps come from the a world of using Salesforce so the learning curve takes a little bit of time. The interface overall is cleaner than Salesforce which does help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot SalesHub we can easily create dashboards to give us the clean reliable information to make data driven decisions - your CRM is only as good as the data in it and Hubspot allows us to keep on top of that with all the integrations possible.

What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have everything imaginable, but are working on it and are most likely to have whatever feature you're looking for. The pricing is quite high compared to competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a CRM for outreach with structured sequences, which HubSpot was able to provide, this has benefitted us so that we now have a more organised sales activity.
Very satisfied with the Marketing & Sales hub. It is perhaps the most user-friendly GUI.
What do you like best about the product?
We use HubSpot for our Sales & Marketing CRM. It is highly user-friendly, and the GUI is easy to navigate with all the tabs defined clearly and lesser hassle to find required options. HubSpot is best suited for both professionals and beginners. The security and privacy settings are easy to implement as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few times, the communication trails are not synced correctly. As a result, we need to log the details manually. Also, frequent changes in the GUI becomes difficult to adapt for people who are not tech-savy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The opens and clicks tracking feature get better with real-time notifications. The workflow feature and lists are handy with logical operations to filter correctly. This helps my team maintain one list for every positive interaction for reconnecting later and filter out the negative and bounced contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Beyond the standard CRM aspects (prospect management, integrations, tracking, etc.), the workflows and automation vastly improve the overall experience on both the sales and the prospect's receiving end.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup is very much a blank slate. This can be a bit daunting for someone unfamiliar with the system and CRMs as a whole; however, this blank slate also ensures that you can build out the CRM precisely to your business needs & specifications. I feel that the automation within the deal pipeline (workflows) could be a bit more user-friendly. Still, there is also a wealth of knowledge and help available on HubSpot's Knowledge Center, where current users collaborate to help each other fix problems, find solutions and innovate new ways of operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping us manage and maintain new prospects and all communications data, streamlining the outreach process and tracking all deals throughout their lifecycle. It will also help our recruiting (ATS) and the Operations and Client Services departments to create one centralized location for all the data to live.
Hubspot is like a Swiss Army pocket knife
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is very user-friendly but also very powerful; this goes for both the CRM and the training. Our company is a smaller one but growing. It's incredible that getting new hires up and running on the basics is very simple. As they become more proficient, it is easy to add more to their list of competencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there are any downsides. I would say the challenge is simply the amount to learn. We often share new tricks and shortcuts we find. We just cracked the code regarding sequences; what an incredible time saver!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a database of over 40000 contacts. Without Hubspot, it would be impossible to manage the complexities of so many contacts, We have become a much more efficient organization

What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring sales cycles, from first meeting to presentation to proposal sent to closing the deal. As well as timeline of each activity with the customer. Easier to use than other pipeline deals in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit slow. Also, would appreciate if there was a deduplication feature for contacts. This would help in not overpopulating the database directory
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and daily activity schedules. This helps people in our sales department become organized and be better equipped on what to do. Also this helps to know what has been completed especially during account turnovers.
Hubspot is user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use features. Tasks are easy to track and monitor and the data is easy to update and utilize for client/vendor communications. Overall ease of use with the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading time is slow during peak hours. The tasks tab is very useful to keep track of important items to deliver. The deals tab makes it easy to prioritize to help boost sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of progress has always been a challenge for most. The task tab and the deals tab keep you focused on the important items keeping your productivity very high.
Good site for communicating
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the automation feature best when sending emails/receiving them back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site does not register the correct person with forwarded messages.
