What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage my tasks efficiently! It helps me to get my work done for the day and reach out to all the people I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to say about disliking hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to see how productive I am being in a given week. It shows me my stats and helps me to know my activity is up.

What do you like best about the product?
This software offers a user-friendly CRM, email tracking, and deal management. It's a game-changer for boosting productivity and improving customer relationships. What do you dislike about the product?
Disliking HubSpot Sales is totally valid for some folks. Some find it a bit overwhelming due to all its features, especially if they're new to this kind of software. Plus, the cost can be a sticking point, especially for smaller businesses. Integrating it with existing tools might be a hassle, and if you've got really specific needs, you might run into some roadblocks. It really comes down to personal preference and what works best for your business.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot is very user-friendly. We have been able to customize it to fit the needs of our company. The automation you can implement through workflows makes the job so much easier. The workflows are user-friendly and easy to implement to keep all our deals in working order.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con that I can think of at this time is that there is no Dark Mode! Every other application I use throughout the day has a dark mode, so when converting back to my Hubspot screen, it is quite a shock for my eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales hub is keeping all our deals on track with all the different items needed for the deals all in one place. It is very convenient to be able to navigate to the deal and be able to find drawings, quotes, invoices, and notes for that one deal all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely easy to use and understand. The user interface is simple yet powerful. Being able to do what I need to do in less clicks than competitors has saved time allowing me to do what I love most; SELL!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to chose one thing it would be the length of their training module. It seems a bit drawn out and could be condesed iinto shorter, more precise videos and lessons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to record and review calls have been tremendous. Being able to hear mistakes and grow from that has made me more lethel as a sales rep. Performance on my end has seen an improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive, user-friendly tool that provides everything I need to complete my day-to-day tasks. The sales analytics feature is super helpful in evaluating goals and overall effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about Hubspot Sales Hub other than bugs and issues so often. Not a real problem, to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to keep track of leads, open deals, and existing customers. On top of that, it delivers analytics and forecasting tools that are beyond amazing and helpful in achieving sales and CSM goals.

It is very easy to learn to use and it allows you to have notes for each company as well as recording your calls

We tend to have a lot of company duplicates on hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think its great that Hubspot allows you to record your calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can send emails to customers and it will show you if it was opened or not. I also think that it's a very good tool for organzining conversations, leads and sales numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it's a lot of steps to add leads and the notification emails are plentiful but that can be ajdusted. Other than that, I think the platform is great and it's helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being organized. It's easy to lose leads and contacts when you don't have one central place to keep them. Also tracking your sales numbers is a lot easier when it keeps track.

What do you like best about the product?
Interface, user friendly, simplicity, great for smaller businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to salesforce I used, they have more features like organization is better in my personal opinion. Only uses tasks to complete each instead of grouping
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me organize my leads, see which ones I have to follow up with, quick access to leaderboards since salesforce have different kind of settings to find, and the simplicity of the tool.
