Hubspot is the perfect CRM for our Company at our current Stage and their support is top notch

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who is not a very technical person but who is also the primary admin for Hubspot at our company, I really appreciate how straightforward Hubspot is to use. That all being said, Hubspot's support team is truly amazing. Anytime I have a question or an inquiry, I get a response immediately and always am met with kindness, professionalism, and detailed responses which is very helpful. Hubspot is a great CRM for us at this moment. It's customizable, "easy" to use and configure, and they are constantly coming out with new features and advancements that seem to only add to the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the forecasting tool was a bit more robust and that there were more features available regarding setting up permissions for properties. Reporting capabilities could always be improved. I also with that there was more customization available for setting up views for teams / users so that they only need to "see" what they truly need to see. I do notice that Hubspot is constantly making updates though so I anticipate that these limitations will be addressed in the future if they haven't been addressed already. I also wish there was a way to make properties conditional based on other property values selected. And, this may seem small, but the ability to restrict users from going backwards in the deal stages is something that would be SO helpful and I know has been a feature request for a while, but still isn't possible. This just makes it more difficult to track as we grow / scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our primary CRM for our growing sales team, Hubspot Sales Hub allows us to track all our sales-led deals from lead to closure and is utilized by our Sales, Marketing ,CS, and Ops teams for a plethora of requests and business requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
the interface is incredibly user friendly and provides great consumer insights that allows you convert leads into sales in a seamless manner. it is our preferred method of communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
there aren't many things that I dislike however i wish there was better integration between the deal page and the contact page as if the associations aren't set up correctly information can easily get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the integration with email and justcall allows us to communicate with customers in one space in one application without the need for many tabs open making our overall role easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, Easy and fluent integration with Salesforce, Easy to track leads, Easy to set campaigns Users can simply track email status without any hassles of integrating third-party tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Yes, There are many. Like - Lag in calendar, error in sequence email timing

Doing pretty good work.
I have a one-stop CRM to analyse everything related to my contacts, Campaigns, and Tasks.
I can easily track My clients if they are visiting my website or not

Different client record IDs, I prefer if all notes, calls and info are centralized in one location even if you click th ecompany or the contact

What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity. The system is very easy to use and intuitive. I have no past experience using CRMs and Hubspot has been as easy as using any other web-based app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes activities log into unwanted accounts. It's probably something I can change in settings. Besides this, there are no noticeable dislikes with the plataform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep a precise record of each of my daily activities, having tasks easily available and loggable. It's Google integration also helps with Google Suites.

What do you like best about the product?
They include all of the tools necessary to prospect and attract potential accounts. The tools themselves are easy to use and Hubspot in general is easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an in-depth training when you first log on to the CRM and you can learn all of the tricks and tools that Hubspot has to get the most out of the experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow me to reach out to a lot of prospects in a short amount of time. They also provide insights into when prospects open and if they clink links inside the email

What do you like best about the product?
It makes staying organized so easy. You can find old emails and related threads much easier than digging through a traditional email inbox. The ability to jump into other's tickets when they're OOO is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when internal users respond to an email, it does not move that email out of 'closed'. I remember this being more of a problem a few months ago but I'm not sure if it's since been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OOO coverage! All emails come into one alias, ensuring that no email is ever lost! it makes covering someones accounts while they're OOO so much easier because you don't need to leave an OOO message directing a contractor to a new address.
