Great Sales Tool and So Intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to track the open emails, how many times and when, I also like the dashboard reports and the way you can manage many multiple tasks while prospecting for new business, its great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs can be very high for a small start-up business, and if you use the free versions, you miss out on all the great great features, but I would say its a great tool overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a global team a wonderful prospective of the activies teams are doing - even the remote ones are being managed based on their KPI within the tool, and HubSpot sales hub gives the teams actually useful tools to complete their sales tasks.

*Highly Customisable - Especially with Sales Hub/Professional/Enterprise level packages
*Fantastic Chat Support who can help with configurations and workflows, plus excellent at trouble solving
*Easy for End Users to operate, particularly the Desktop website
*Amazing marketing insights both Website and Social Platforms
*Excellent integrations with most popular third party platforms such as Typeform, Message Media and Zapier

What do you dislike about the product?
*The App is clunky and requires significant updates to improve functionality
*Hubspot offers tremendous value for money, but tends to become expensive very quickly as certain features are (Cleverly) only included in higher packages, these features are really required to maximise value on the account
*It is a very steep learning curve administratively, UI is fantastic and easy to use, but it does require an in depth knowledge of Workflows in order to generate efficient use of the platform

Hubspot helps us ensure the Sales Team is held accountable with Transparent communication both outbound and inbound, additionally, it enables us to ensure we are effectively and efficiently making investments into marketing and generating an optimal return.

I have struggled with how to manage renewal deals.

What do you like best about the product?
i like hubspot as it is very simple and their server is very friendly

So far in hubspot I have only had one problem and that is that to qualify my leads the annual revenue of the companies is not exact, otherwise it is fine

In hubspot I manage a 44k database, no problem

I love the ability to organize my accounts by the date range and last active. I also enjoy the calendar and ability to schedule your meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could block specific days on the Hubpsot calendar for example If I don't want any meetings on Wednesday afternoons. I wish that was more easier

Hubspot allows us to set up automated email sequences, and schedule meetings effortlessly. The benefit is saved time and increased focus on high-value activities like building relationships and closing deals.
Makes life and work easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the the fact that it keeps track of who to you called who you sent emails to. And it keeps track on when you have to send another email or call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that i dislike because this makes my life a lot easier.

It's solving the fact that I use to be very organized but not it keeps me organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales hub is very organized and easy to access. I like the lay out and it is very easy to fnd what I need

I would like to see some options for industry specific applications. I think the software could be more customized
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to find solutions for our business using Sales Hub. I think the main problem it has helped solve is the speed with which we reach the client has greatly imporved
Hubspot is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Before hubspot we were using 4 different places to track our client and advisor info
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to maneuver, and it can get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It took 4 different programs and condensed it to one for me. I love the automated emails and the ability to track who opens emails

What do you like best about the product?
So many needed tools, in a single user friendly platform that allows you to be as indepth in your prospecting strategy as you desire.
What do you dislike about the product?
The look and feel could be more modern but that's something I can live with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to leverage email templates for repeated task. Hubspot will enable me to manage my social post and interactions to create brand awareness. I also make all of my calls out of hubspot by leveraging task batching to increase the volume of calls that can be made during a call block.
