    Computer Software

A great (personal) CRM to start with

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Saleshub is easy to understand. I use it as my personal CRM. I have tried Google sheets, Airtable, etc. but a dedicated CRM is much better than using columns in a table. Their API's and limits are great to enable my custom workflows too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have a lot that I dislike. I guess the primary criticism would be how a CRM designed for company / deal tracking does not work very great as a personal CRM. But nonetheless, there is not a lot to add here on how I use Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the use cases I use are:
- Identifying key personal contacts,
- Tagging them appropriately
- Highlights of last touch point and identity who I did not touch base with recently based on tags above

What do you like best about the product?
I used the "Tasks" feature to keep my day organized and on track. It is most useful as a dashboard to ensure I optimize my day the best I can. I also use it to monitor my team's progress in hitting their KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be clunky sometimes and it is a process to transfer leads over between users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me stay on track and get the most out of my day. Also useful to measure my team's metrics using the reporting tools, especially in chart and graph form.

The task feature allows you to stay on top of follow-ups in a timely manner.

Sometimes emails do not log from the Gmail integration.

Hubspot a clean and simple way to display customer information

What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean look and being able to click in and out of a company to deals and having information clear for me to find. Other companies' information is compact and can be overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Sometimes I click back on deals when I am in the account deal and it takes me to ALL the deals, but other than that the platform is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping the sale team stay on track and also helping them statistically track new leads. Our team also uses it to trigger inside processes within other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to import, segment, and create/track lifecycle stages and customer journey's.
What do you dislike about the product?
You'll be limited to some features with the basic plan vs. enterprise.

We use this alongside marketing hub for a single platform that can handle all of our sales and marketing data/analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the contact list of potential clients integrated into the email threads. Emails can be tracked if they were opened or a follow up is needed. I haven't used a lot of sales softwares but Hubspot satisfied my needs
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration between business email and Hubspot email is glitchy. It doesn't use the same thread that email was sent using either Outlook or Gmail so following up with client become slightly disorganized

I used it to compile sales clients for my work. The comprehensive data helped me channel my priorities and focus on the important steps without losing site of the goals. It helped me gain tens of clients

What do you like best about the product?
It let's me organise my day and search for information I need. It integrantes with other tools I use and reduces time spent on manual tasks

Sometimes it does 't update all my Google emails or calls. Some filtering could be made easier

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use, a complete software where you can follow all your work. An easy way to communicate with your colleagues if there are problems. Easy to look at some old work from old colleagues, even if there are not anymore im the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The duplicate leads are so annoying, because sometimes when you think to find a new company, it already exist but with an other link. So we are losing a lot of time with them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without it, it could be very difficult to follow all your work, for example with paper it's impossible. You can follow everything, your work, your objectives. If you have a good management time you can save a lot of time with Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature it provides for every aspect and moreover the free tutorials so that anyone can learn HubSpot from best teachers without paying anything
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot should give more options for extensions to make user experiece better, and with added extensions more things can be done in less amount of time
