What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales is a user-friendly CRM software that makes it easier for our sales teams to manage contacts, track deals, and automate tasks. Effective communication between our sales and marketing departments is made possible by its smooth connection with HubSpot's marketing solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite the wide range of functionality offered by HubSpot Sales, some of our agents have called for more complex customization possibilities. When modifying the software to meet certain company needs or peculiar constraints, they could run across some restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal monitoring and pipeline management are made possible by HubSpot Sales Hub, which gives our sales teams a methodical and organized way to keep track of and manage our deals. With the help of the tools it offers, it may better understand our sales pipeline and decide which opportunities to close. These tools include those for setting priorities, creating deal stages, and tracking progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I really like about HubSpot sales hub is this is a game-changing website. I'm a cold call for a real estate organization, I can track all my appointments calls, and everthing
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'm not fan of or what I dislike is Hubspot is still a not-so-friendly-user website. We recently migrated from Zendesk. But I started to loving as time passed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is offering a free course when it comes to each type of work nature. You can review all the courses and join some webinars in Hubspot to enhance your skills.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that th templates can be personalised. It makes life so much easier when you're reaching out to alot of people!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, sometimes the Chrome extension Surfe doesn't sync right within the 'notes' section but could be a Surfe problem!

Helping us to keep track of our clients and the many different moving parts of our business!

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub seamlessly integrates with HubSpot CRM, which serves as a single source of truth for all customer and prospect information. This integration ensures that our sales teams have a complete view of our contacts, communication history, deals, and interactions. It enables me as sales rep to provide a personalized experience to prospects and customers, enhancing the quality of our interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to customize and create unique sales pipeline stages or complex workflows may have some restrictions. Advanced customization features may require technical expertise or higher-tier subscription plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub provides a centralized platform for managing and organizing sales activities, contacts, and deals. It helps sales teams streamline their processes by providing tools for contact management, deal tracking, and task automation. This organization ensures that sales reps have a clear view of their sales pipeline, allowing them to prioritize and manage their activities effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is very efficient in terms of managing my leads. It is so easy to use and everything is already there. I will definitely promote this CRM application to my friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
No bad experiences so far in my first 6 months of using this application. It's so helpful and efficient. I don't think there is a need to change with this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the emails provides me a hint if the leads have an interest or not. Also, you can easily extract the information thru Excel and have a demographic or sales insights

What do you like best about the product?
When my organization has transition from our old CRM to HubSpot, I was a newly hired then, I thought it would be difficult to adjust, and it is so crucial to learn new things at that time but Hubspot makes it easy actually and my perfomance was an evident even as a new employee. It was so easy to navigate that I was deliver my task and complete them in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I have to log in twice or so because it won't read my google account or maybe I have a slow internet that it makes Hubspot difficult to recognize my account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The complexity of research and data entry that sometimes I need to check and review the things that I have accomplished and Huspoy allows me to track my research project once again to make change.

I don't have dislike for HubSpot because as far as my experience in business tools HubSpot is far more efficient than others

As of now, I don't have any complaints or problems with HubSpot because it can perform well and the benefits I get From HubSpot is User Friendly and Organized.
