What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of HubSpot is the ability for information to be organized and linked so that members of the team can find all necessary information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I would have to say that what I dislike the most about Hubspot is some of the unecessary components that you cannot remove that clutter your system. As well as the fact that it allows duplicate inventory to be created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot keeps all the information in one place so that I can reference anything about the client that I need in a more efficient way.

Simplicity to implement and use.
I really like the sequences feature and how easy it is to interact with the 3 different main objects. Contacts, Companies and deals.

1. There should be a way to prevent people from booking meetings with personal emails.

Effortless Lead Management and Streamlined Follow-Ups
What do you like best about the product?
The nice part about HubSpot sales hub is it makes following up with leads and filtering them much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it to be a bit more gamified and track commissions & such more accurately within it.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how effortlessly it tracks every email I send, making it much easier to import new leads and contacts. This allows me to concentrate on selling rather than wasting time on tedious data entry tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a relatively light user, I haven't encountered any real downsides. However, the sheer number of features can feel a bit overwhelming and complex at times. I primarily use it as a CRM to manage my customers and to keep a record of the individual emails and calls I have with them. Since I don't run email campaigns, I occasionally find the interface to be more complicated than I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the sole member of my department in an organization that previously lacked both a CRM and a sales department, I have found HubSpot to be invaluable. It has played a crucial role in helping me build lists of leads and contacts, as well as in tracking all lead generation activities.
Pipeline Clarity, But Business Merger Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I value the structured and clear view of the pipeline that the HubSpot Sales Hub provides. This is essential for efficient management and allows for an easy and immediate understanding of where each deal is within our sales process. This clarity in the status of deals really facilitates our strategies, as it helps us accurately forecast future sales and adjust our approaches as needed. I also appreciate how this organizational structure perfectly aligns with the way we manage our sales, resulting in a smooth and informed integration into our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the lack of possibility to merge deals. When a contact converts twice on the same landing page at the same time, two separate deals end up being created. It would be useful if we could merge them into a single deal in the same way we can do with contacts. This would help avoid the need to clean the data in a more laborious way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Sales Hub improves pipeline visibility and contact management with sales data. The structured view of the pipeline and clarity of deal status help in sales forecasting, providing efficient lead management with my team.
All-in-One platform for Sales and CS
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything in HubSpot Sales Hub is in one place, which makes it easy to maintain a clear overview of all sales activities & deals. The ability to manage multiple teams and pipelines is a huge advantage. The integration with other tools creates a smooth workflow between marketing, sales, and customer success.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of HubSpot Sales Hub I find challenging is managing renewals for our multi year contracts. The process isn’t as intuitive as other parts of the platform, which can make tracking and coordinating renewal activities more cumbersome than I would like as I have to build workflows and workarounds to auto-create and populate new deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all contacts, deals, pipelines, and team activities in one platform eliminates the need to juggle multiple tools and spreadsheets. This visibility makes it much easier to track progress, prioritise tasks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

I appreciate how comprehensive it is; it seems to offer every function you could possibly need.

I find it somewhat challenging to use. I often end up spending more time than I anticipated trying to figure out specific functions and how to operate them.

I appreciate being able to store all my clients' information and data in a single location, which is incredibly important to me. This not only saves time and effort but also helps safeguard my clients' personal details.
Powerful Reporting and Dashboards That Drive Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Reports, and dashboards. if its a field you can do a report about it
What do you dislike about the product?
the flow from contact page and account page. it does not sync unless you click specific buttons so sometimes things get lost tracking wise for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tickets system keeps everything in one spot for me. The benefit is in case I open an email and don't have time to respond right away its in the tickets so I can easily go back to it.

I really appreciate how you can manage all your leads, deals, and prospects in a single platform. It's a valuable tool for both large and small companies, allowing everyone to access important information easily. This makes it much simpler to draft a deal or reach out to a prospect. It truly serves as a one-stop shop, and I know there are many more features I could be taking advantage of beyond what I'm currently using.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I've encountered is that when I input a prospect's information, the address and contact details sometimes fail to populate. This often means I have to either start over or reenter the contact information to ensure it appears correctly when I add the deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales addresses the challenge of managing physical paperwork for numerous prospect and lead information sheets by providing a digital solution. It makes it simple to look up someone's details for contacting, scheduling meetings, or entering a deal. I find it especially helpful to quickly check if a person has reached out to other properties within our company, which enables us to share information more efficiently. This capability not only supports collaboration for potential multi-property deals but also helps us increase profits by making information sharing much easier.
Great for Tracking, But Needs UI Improvement

I like how HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to efficiently keep track of my prospects and understand exactly where they are in the sales process. It helps me to visualize and manage the progress of closed deals seamlessly, which is incredibly beneficial for staying on top of sales activities and outcomes. Additionally, the initial setup process was straightforward and smooth, which was a great start to using the platform. These features collectively simplify the complex task of managing sales pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub complicated to use at times. Additionally, the way activities are listed is not user-friendly as it requires using a drop-down menu to view what was written for each message. This adds unnecessary steps to my workflow and could be streamlined for better efficiency.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track meetings and monitor the progress of deals, keeping track of prospects and their process stage effectively.
