I spend all day in HubSpot...
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking sales rep leading and lagging indicators
What do you dislike about the product?
No historical data reporting available which makes it impossible to report on deals that change contact owners and rep performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales rep processes and real-time reporting
My HubSpot Experience at The Knowledge Academy
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hubspot for our Sales & Customer Support teams at The Knowledge Academy. The experience so far has been good. It is quite user friendly compared to some of the other well known CRM players out there. It has all the required features & options required by us and has helped boost productivity immensely. Integrations with other softwares were also quite seemless. I would recomment it to any large business looking for a good CRM. Customisation options for the Dashboard & Reports, Filters, Pipeline views, ease of use are some of the good things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accelerated speed of support required to get new things implemented would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Churning leads effeciently, getting a view of the entire sales & Customer service funnel.
Flexible setup, simple + aesthetic UI, flexible (but somewhat limited) reporting.
What do you like best about the product?
Integrates well with other systems, easy to set up automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't set up automations for certain things well (e.g., activities). For example, every time a meeting (type=demo) is associated to a deal, I want HubSpot to automatically update a deal property for that record with the activity date (i.e., when the demo was scheduled).
Not able to use it for Sales performance management as we'd like, so we use QuotaPath for that (which we'd of course rather have in HubSpot, 1 system).
However, the CS/AM team at HubSpot seems pretty far removed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent data for reporting (when our reps actually input data accurately).
HubSpot has made managing the business of my company a lot more seamless and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ability of creating workflows to automate some of the work that i do day-to-day. I also really like the knowledge base feature which makes sharing company information both internally and externally alot more organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the issues i have found with hubspot would be the quoting feature. We had to go to a 3rd party that works with hubspot to get the features that we required for our unique business needs. With that said tho, i was pleased to see that the 3rd party we chose was able to create a widget within hubspot, thus making the utilization of that feature very simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to utilize a lot of different programs throughout our business, making the automation of our day-to-day work choppy. However, utilizing hubspot has allowed us to have everything we need in one place!
Hubspot's Competitive Advantage
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has allowed me to connect with individuals who are like-minded and allowed me to build my business. It's ability to sort through deals and create an effective way of conducting my business has helped me immensely. The interface is extremely user-friendly and has been invaluable as a resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with hubspot is that there is more than meets the eye. However this can be argued as something that makes the platform valuable. There is an immense amount of potential in Hubspot's ability to conduct business I just wish that it were easier to see at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has solved the networking issue that I had as a young entrepreneur. By giving me leads to companies that I have pre-existing relationships with, I have been able to solve this problem with ease.
Great Sales Tool for Tracking and Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive lists and tracking makes it a very good tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs to have a better means of adding phones and going through tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I allows us to see out output when it comes to the various methods of sales contact and Customer Success conversations.
One of the best CRMs I have worked with.
What do you like best about the product?
The speed. Everything is so much faster. The entire CRM loads almost instantly and any changes are immediately implemented. At par with competition but better in most ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deals and contacts being separate creates confusion at times. Reports can be improved. UI can also be made more pleasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of managing the leads is top notch. The entire architecture is incredibly user friendly and training new employees becomes a cakewalk. Business performance is on the peak.
Filters Not that Good
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and along with that the reports are very much interactive and on target the sorting of the deals is very much helpful so we can work on each stage of deals properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters are very bad the process of task and call tagging is very hectic where both can be included in one so it could bring in better efficiency and the mail writing should be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They should work on the filters which would bring him to the efficiency of the work and mail writing with a different set of fonts and accessibility in mail so that will help in better productivity of the mail
Easy to organize
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use that Hubspot provides in vetting, organizing, and creating task lists for me and my team. Assigning contacts to other team members is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the servers crash out of nowhere and, occasionally, I experience slow processing speed when moving between different pages on Hubspot. Also, sometimes when I create lists, it doesn't properly filter out all the categories I excluded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my job, volume is king. Hubspot makes it easy to track our outbound calls and deals that come from those calls. Without those metrics, we wouldn't be able to keep tabs on productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
tasks page is customizable and editing the pages to best fit my work habits makes my day flow better between the tasks / to dolist
What do you dislike about the product?
some company exports are made as duplicates and isn't show right away results in some confusion

organizing and information all in one place makes calling easier and structuring my day is less stressful
