What do you like best about the product?
A great lead management tool and very user-friendly. The specific strengths of HubSpot Sales Hub include its powerful CRM functionality, extensive automation capabilities, and exceptional customer support. The CRM allows users to easily manage and organize their contacts, track interactions, and gain valuable insights into their sales pipeline. The automation features enable efficient lead nurturing, email sequences, and task automation, saving time and improving productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good. No major issues in using the software so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub offers a centralized platform for managing customer interactions, deals, and sales activities, which addresses the issue of dispersed sales data. As a result, my sales activities can be better organized, tracked, and analyzed, which improves productivity, allows for more informed decision-making, and eventually produces better sales results.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and pick up quickly. Good reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be difficult to filter through accounts. Not always intuitive. For example hard to find accounts with 0 tasks on that my have slipped through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and prospecting for leass with good integration with apps such as Aircall and ZoomInfo

how we really track the emails & reports are done in a very easy way

it is a bit expensive but all in all it is great and each person must have a user

ability to quickly make calls and create tasks on the spot results in increased efficiency.

Not much i have used many CRMs in the past and this by far the best

prospect engagement, this is a numbers game and sales hub allowed me to contact multiple people in short periods of time
