Sales at Its Simplest

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is exceptionally useful and simple due to its comprehensive suite of tools that streamline various aspects of sales and marketing. Its user-friendly interface empowers businesses to effortlessly manage their leads, automate tasks, and track customer interactions. With features like contact management, email marketing, lead nurturing, and analytics, HubSpot simplifies the sales process, allowing businesses to focus on building meaningful customer relationships and driving revenue growth. What do you dislike about the product?
Feature Overload: HubSpot offers a wide range of features and tools, which can be overwhelming for some users. It's important to carefully evaluate which features are necessary for your business and focus on utilizing those effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes everything simpler! HubSpot's all-in-one approach may limit the level of customization compared to specialized tools. Businesses with unique requirements may find it challenging to tailor HubSpot to their specific needs.

A Super Easy Intuitive Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface - it's bright and colourful which is always nice to look at. It's also really intuitive and user friendly. You can't really break it, which, as a first time user of a CRM platform, was a real risk for me as a super user.
I love that the academy exists and at any point, the weath of help and support at my fingertips for learning is vast. I've made it my personal mission to collect all of the badges from the HubSpot Academy.
In terms of making changes and updates to fields and users and so on, the process is so quick and easy, it really is a joy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that bothers me the most about HubSpot is that when i'm looking at my deals, I can't sort them alphabetically by associated company. It's a small thing but it really would make life easier to be able to do this.
Also, as we have the Pro package and not enterprise, the ability to duplicate deals is not available - this is some functionality that I believe would be useful across the board - i'm sure I can't be the only one who thinks this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company invested in hubspot about a year ago, when our business development team was really small (4 of us!). We wanted the ability to combine our sales contacts with an outbound marketing tool which the platform has given us. Since then, we have acquired a company and our sales team has gone from 4 users to nearly 30. The majority of new users had limited experience of using a CRM platform and it became my primary objective to onboard the new sales team and embed them into using HubSpot. 5 months on and I can say that it is a success. We have oversight of our sales pipeline in a way that was never visible before, our sales managers can see activity and track and keep on top of their account managers, who are using the platform. Our use of sales hub is in it's infancy - we are looking forward to expanding our use of HubSpot and implementing all the functionality that the platform provides, enabling a single view of our pipeline and CRM with clarity and ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The task list is a great way to stay organised, keep track of what you're doing each day and compare to the previous week.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always intuitive how to separate certain contacts into different tabs/views. More options within the views to separate contacts to better keep track of different campaigns would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot keeps track of contacts, emails and tasks which allows us to easily look at our analytics and make decisions that better the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking our activity and scheduling email sequences for enhanced sales and communication experience. Easy managing sales pipeline and organizing clients. Also, the smooth integration between HS and GMAIL
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to add as a dislike, as I have used many CRM's before, and Hubspot is the best one so far and by far, we utilise all the features. One thing that can be irritating is the log in function keeps asking for sign in after the remember me button was clicked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to track if clients opened the email. Tracking sales pipeline. Tracking sales activity. Auditing sales activity and quality control. email sequencing and marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track progress on queries you are working on. You can save query according to priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the platform. It meets all my needs.

Working as a ticketing system. It makes it easy to followup on queries from clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the user-friendly nature of the platform, as it is easy to navigate. The tabs for tasks, contacts, and companies are straightforward to access and use. Additionally, I find the LinkedIn plugin for each company record particularly useful. It allows me to find contacts directly within HubSpot without needing to visit the LinkedIn website separately. This feature streamlines the process of discovering new contacts.

Another aspect I like is the Activity Log. It enables me to track the engagement of leads by providing insights on email opens and clicks. This functionality makes it simpler for me, as a Sales Executive, to engage with leads and follow up accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find frustrating is that there can be delays in connecting calls to mobile devices. It sometimes takes longer than expected to establish the connection.

Additionally, I would appreciate the ability to select multiple contacts simultaneously and add them to a sequence as a group. Currently, the process requires individually navigating into each company, selecting a contact, and then adding them to a sequence. It would be more efficient and user-friendly if there was an option to select multiple contacts at once, choose a sequence, and send them collectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is an exceptionally organized CRM and Sales Hub, designed to help employees maintain well-organized records and deliver a delightful customer experience. Its user-friendly nature contributes to its effectiveness. While it took me a day to become familiar with navigating Hubspot when I first started using it, I've also used CRMs like Salesforce that typically require extensive training before you can begin working with them effectively.
