Good CRM, Could have been Better
What do you like best about the product?
The Dashboard of Hubspot is apt. Also, the quality of the UI is Good. It could have been better if the UI was User friendly. Calling is pretty smooth but it doesn't have an option to Transfer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many steps to upload a simple data file, and Also no way to track duplicate buyers and contact. There should be a cleanup option, which should auto-populate and give us the option to delete the duplicates. Can get call transfer option and Incoming call service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it Segregates all the Buyer leads we get, Also the email notification is helpful. Email templates also make life easier with customization options. The dashboard is super sleek and gets accurate data.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation is huge. The sequences are key for me to follow my day-to-day tasks and keep on top of my sales pipeline. As well as that, being able to track specific groups of leads by tagging them or adding them to lists makes it so easy to report on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the integrations - with Zoom info for example. Not all of the information gets pulled through making it tedious to manually create leads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of an unclear and ambiguous workflow. With HS Sales Hub I am able to have my daily tasks lined up for me at the start of every day, with certain task being prioritised.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the task feature and the reports dashboards are things that help me the most. Other than that, I think being able to send out sequences is a vital feature to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how there seems to be a lag every time I use Hubspot. Sometimes it is worse than others but it can be bad and force our entire sales team to stop calls and outreach for however long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub solves issues like the organization of our contacts and companies. I also mentioned all the reporting and how useful that can be to help with our time management.

Processes are not immediate, to understand how it works you need to do some testing.

not being able to have multiple extensions for the same numbers as when there are different extensions listed the calls dont show up on the timeline which can be irritating

We are able to tie in with other colleagues in order to be sure the same company is not being contacted too many times in a short period.

Great tools for a great platform, but mind your contact list.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot platform and integrations with marketing tools and other programs is profound.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downfall is the price point when adding contact lists that exceed the initial pricing range of 1000. The price increase for 1-2k contacts creates a drastic price increase that becomes prohibitively expensive for smaller companies.

An all in one sales and marketing CRM that integrates with nearly every other platform available, either natively or via API.

I would like to be able to have auto responders sent from this site instead of using another website.

Allows me to know when to contact customers so I don't lose them.

Reporting specifically as it relates to revenue projections, segmentation or attributes, and sales KPIs

downtime due to errors and call quality has gotten much better since I'd used previously
I use Hubspot everyday and i manage my team to use it in their daily task and make their work easier

We have commercials around the country and we can have a lot of information quickly about their sales and their meeting with the customers, it help us easily to calculate our MRR and we will start using better the forecast tools which can be very useful

it is sometimes a bit hard to mix the information between the meetings and the transactions to have good results, as we don't use the "reunions" tools directly so our data are sometimes not fitting to reality

We don't need to use an excel sheet to put all of our sales, we can easily make some reports to have the information about our sales, and every commercial separately, we can also compare our sales aera
