Many solutions included into 1 CRM

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is that there are many solutions included into 1 CRM (sales, marketing, revenue, etc....) which makes our lives easier since almost everyone at the company can use the same CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that is not so easy for the team to include new parameters into the solution (such as new payment methods or frequency, etc....) . Also, the expiration date of the contract links should be by default and not something that the user can select.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we were doing contracts using the basic template of our invoicing tool (not the best for contracts) so now everything is easier due to hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
The plugins with GMail and documentation create efficiencies. The ease-ness of the flow makes it easier in the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes loading information takes time.

Hubspot integration

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with HubSpot works well and allows us to manage our database more efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more of the features in HubSpot and Monday integrate for example calendar events like birthdays and anniversaries
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It avoids duplication of work it gives the administration team more seamless process that maximizes efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
The sales hub appeared to have all the core elements you would like to see in a sales engagement system: deal pipeline, tasks, automated workflows, etc. Additionally, it starts at a low price at the low end, which is all we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, especially when it comes to setting up the automations. Though, once you get the hang of it, the system can become quite powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Hubspot Sales Hub along with the rest of the Hubspot suite, primarily for B2B sales. Since I other responsibilities outside of sales, the ease-of-use is a big benefit of the system.

The reporting functionality on Hubspot is excellent, far better than other systems I have used previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Contacts need to be added to separate lists which can be annoying

What do you like best about the product?
This software captures all the details for the potential sales client and has a very good email integration as well, which could be tracked for a follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software user interface is somewhat clunky and you need to spend a bit of time getting familiar with the functionality of the features. Otherwise it is a great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for tracking potential sales clients, storing their information and also emailing directly throught the Sales hub software. It helped me create a long list of sales funnnel.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps provide valuable insights into sales and helps track the funnel. With several integrations available, I believe it's a must-have tool for all the sales teams out there
What do you dislike about the product?
Reverse integrations are hard to build and require a third-party tool. Merging different companies and contacts is also tricky and sometimes hard to sync, increasing the manual work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us connect our data and insights to the client-facing teams and help us report the funnel better. It also has increased the ease of work and the performance of our employees

Hubspot puts all your customer info in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and it integrates with my emails so they are logged. The tasks feature helps keep me on track. Deals are easy to create and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
workflows are difficult to create. Payments so customers can pay us directly from a hubspot link is still not up to speed, so we are not using it. Properties should be conditional at the pro level, not just enterprise. Too much info in your face to figure out where everything is. There are little things that aren't deal breakers but are just little annoyances. I know they are working on them, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solving the problem of knowing what is happening across customers, across employees. With everything logged, there is no guesswork. We can easily communicate with the customer and with each other in one spot. We create all our deals and quotes with price lists in HS. It has really helped to streamline our sales and close process.

Great way to manage tasks, create lists and automate outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things you can't do within hubspot - such as enroll contacts in lists (as opposed to companies) sync notes, and certain integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it much easier to do bulk outreach and track cadences.
