I really enjoy Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very easy to use. I have used different CRM systems in the past and Hubspot is the best one i've used!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything i dislike about hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to merge duplicate accounts easily

It does not auto sync with Dialpad for call restrictions.

Being able to view contacts in multiple dashes and making sure to utilize your agents time with motivated customers
Loving Hubspot!
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite features of hubspot is visibility on how many times a prospect has viewed an email, clicked links, and opened documents!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish Hubspot could integrate with our phone system but it's in the works! :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to organize my prospects/clients, create lists, compare my sales with other colleagues, and use some of the same techniques they're using to generate revenue.
Includes everything you need to be successful
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking reads and opens and clicks on my emails is really cool. And being able to bulk-send emails is something I wouldn't have been able to do without a tool like HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are SO many things that you can do in HubSpot that there's a significant learning curve when you first start using it. A specific thing that I don't think is possible is cloning/duplicating quotes, so if I want to remake a quote similar to one I've already created, there's no way to simply copy over most of the details, even though the new one might be 99% similar to the old one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me track my calls and emails and see my and my team's totals for these each day, week, and quarter, which helps with motivation when sales calls are becoming particularly difficult. Knowing my team will see my progress helps light a fire under me to carry my weight.
Easy to use CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with several CRM platforms and a new business agent but Hubspot is by far my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
It captures all the data I need to sell!

Intuitive and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I've been in Sales for over a decade, and Hubspot is the best CRM I've used. I didn't have any training to use this software but it is intuitive and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enjoyed using Hubspot since day one - no complaints at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is great for measuring and alerting level of interest of each prospects which makes it easy for a Sales Consultant like me to prioritize leads.
The platform is intuitive and very user friendly.

I appreciate the ease of use and integration. I also enjoy the mobile app.

HubSpot allows me to stay organized and on task.
Quick, easy, and low learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is straightforward to navigate and use. Linking accounts such as email and calendars is very simple. Creating lists of prospects, closed deals, and adding filters helps me stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot's email tracking can sometimes be inaccurate. Creating different views can sometimes be complex. The site slows down at times and lags. Task notifications should be more apparent.

It helps me keep track of email opens and clicks. I am also able to see how long prospects view files in Hubspot. Scheduling meetings. Creating sequences and follow ups
Why I Enjoy Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a CRM and outreach tool in one. Plus, building sequences and workflows is easy. The platform is fairly intuitive and it's more affordable than several competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the outreach portion of Hubspot improve. Coming from competitors in the space, I'd like a bit more insight into reports. There's not much more that can be better. It's overall a solid product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building out unique workflows has been a game changer. We don't just target one industry but rather several. Being able to target which leads go into what workflow, that's awesome.
Easy and smooth
What do you like best about the product?
The UI AND UX. It is exciting being able to connect easily with my prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is down semi-frequently, enough to notice. For such a big company you'd think the servers would be better running
