What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has been the catalyst for our digital transformation! It can be tailored to business needs and works well when integrated with marketing systems, whether HubSpot or other solutions. In addition, their abundance of training/educational content via blogs or their own "HubSpot academy" makes it easy to learn/onboard. I highly recommend HubSpot Sales Hub to anyone that wants a smart and highly customizable CRM that can open a new world of opportunities for companies wanting to modernize their operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is best when paired with a marketing/content management platform. In addition, lower tiers can sometimes leave you wanting more. We have climbed the ladder from basic to enterprise level and are now finding our sweet spot in the middle (professional)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has modernized our sales process and our ability to track marketing and sales KPIs in real-time. Sales people find it intuitive and management finds it easy to access and digest.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of HubSpot for our team is being able to have all of our partners and customers in one place to track and keep notes on in order to market appropriately and keep things personal.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a mortgage company and HubSpot was not built specifically for mortgage. There are many compliance issues that we deal with. We also are a B2B as well as a B2C company - our partners are real estate agents and we find it sometimes difficult to be able to differentiate between the two entities. Reporting could be more robust & associations have been quite the journey to figure out how to make them work well for our company & reporting purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to market to our real estate partners and track thei referrals to us. It also allows us to track a mortage loan process from lead to live loan to financing, which is not a super extremely readily available thing in the software/mortgage world. It is helpful for us to be able to work remote and keep track of everything we need to keep track of - flag the correct people, watch our sales activities, report on sales, issues, create better more solid processes, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is the most versatile and customizable tool on the market, and it's user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to create reports that drill down to the data, showing revenue actuals vs. projections. Being able to track all prospect activity in HubSpot is a particularly critical feature that benefits our sales and marketing teams as well as helps us understand our customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although still newer to the backend administration of HubSpot, one challenge is the requirement for our sales reps to take numerous actions when scheduling messages or recording actions within a customer contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our prior inability to see revenue, create accurate projections, and also providing a way to integrate our real estate and membership sales teams' efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is so easy to pick up. Adding data to keep your clients organized, tasks on track, and deals moving along is not a huge effort every day. And with just a little bit of data, my organization can communicate better with our clients!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a native setup or HS recommended process for handling contacts that leave companies or companies that churn. We've had to look to the community and be really clear in training for this data to stay clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our deals on track and contacts segmented. Having all our team members in one system. Yes because we save meetings and emails. Hard to say if we've increased.

ease of basic use easy to install lots of features to help stramline processes

the overall navigation leaves more to be desired and the activity logs can be overloaded and complicated to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
I do like that there is a very robust free service that allows teams to get an understanding of how valuable a CRM can be without having to make a massive commitment. I also feel that it is one of the better looking CRMs on the market
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several very basic features that are availible on other CRMs that Hubspot is missing. Namely there is no way of seeing how long a deal has been in a stage in terms of days. additionally we have had issues with recording revenue on contracts without exact end dates which is most of our business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The frequent updates have solved many QoL issues. That being said many of those are issues that are not present in other CRMs i've worked on so i can't think of many unique issues that HS has solved

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a sometimes overwhelming amount of features and possibilities. Tasks and meetings are excellent and very user-friendly. The ticket system has provided some amazing efficiencies for Customer Experience teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot updates have snuck up on my team, and I would love to be more in the know when things are going to change dramatically for training purposes. We also struggle with our live chat, sometimes having a mind of its own and chats coming through unanswered because our rep is marked as away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between remote employees and territory sales reps. It has improved our level of service and ability to handle escalated situations. We love having a good paper trail for interactions!
