A great solution to begin visualizing your sales deals

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub allows us to see what deals or opportunities we have currently. Before HubSpot, we had no true way of tracking deals. Everything was done in our ERP as quotes - but no way to see potential to close, dollar amounts or anything else. While some improvements are necessary, it's been great to have. Adoption has been ongoing as we incorporate multiple types of sales opps within our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Included with HubSpot Payments, it doesn't incorporate taxes or discounts well into the sales amount within the deal or payments. Would like to use and adjust labels on connected objects better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking deals so our ownership can see opps and potential revenues and for accountability for our sales teams. We have been more productive in the last full year of adoption (only half of sales team is using it).

Feature rich and user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Easy dashboarding and even easier tracking of deals. Love the customizability of just about everything. HubSpot Academy also makes it easy to learn new features even if you aren't familiar with a field.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some very niche things (like internal names of custom properties) are not always customizable, and some seemingly obvious things (like customizing views for specific teams) don't yet exist. But I hear that many of those things are in Beta now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub tracks our deals, not only for sales but also for implementation and customer success. In this way we can easily transfer information and data between teams to track the full customer lifecycle.

Very robust while still being simple to use

What do you like best about the product?
Inbound scoring and ease of use. Do i still have to keep typing? Okay well i guess I also like the sleek design and easy to comprend tabs. It has made my life as the only sales person much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Entering data. Like most sales people, any time I have to enter data into a crm it feels like a chore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it much easier to track data and make informed business decisions based on that data

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way for our Sales and Marketing teams to collaborate on shared goals for the Sales team and track results tied to Marketing campaigns. We were Salesloft customers before, and the HubSpot tools greatly outshine the Salesloft capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about the tools comes to mind! We're really happy with the service and its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our Sales team generate new business, work with existing clients, and close deals with ease for more revenue overall!

What do you like best about the product?
most user friendly AI driven tool ,so much easy to integrate with other tool like lusha ,apollo ,etc one click you can added, manage contact detalis

so far i dont have any negative remark for hubspot

i were sturggle with taking leads and manage it in CRM ,hubspot is such a winner to solve this issue

Great for a basic CRM and deal tracker

What do you like best about the product?
It has all the basics you need to create and track prospects and opportunities. The documents feature is very nifty as you can track how long the recipient stayed on each page. I use the email templates and snippets to organize the evolution of my outreach messaging. Tasks is also quite useful and robust. And lastly, meetings takes care of needing a second option like calendly, and the round robin / group meeting scheduling links make it very easy to sync a meeting form with our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales automation with sequencing is frustrating at times. One example is that you can't enroll a contact without an email address (even if the sequence doesn't have emails). In general other separate sales automation tools do this better, though if you're not willing to pay for all of them, then hubspot gives you the basics for one price. There's a lack of flexibility once a contact is enrolled in a sequence - ie ability to edit the sequence just for them. I think it can be overcome if you have enough foresight in how you're setting it up, but for an early stage growth company we are still experimenting with much of our outreach.
The other frustrating part is the reporting - there's a number of canned reports but as soon as you want to make your own calculations (that in my opinion should be standard), there's not a good way to do it. Its on my backlog to export the hubspot data so that I can make reports the way I want to. In particular, figuring out engagement is tough, as a number of recipients now have virus scanners that trigger an "open" or a "click", but based on the timestamp I know that's not a human open. Having to filter that out to get a real view of what happens to my outreach isn't possible in the reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the 100+ new outreaches I'm doing every week and keeping up with the current ones. Without a way to track it I would so lost. We are small and only using hubspot, so it has everything that we need, though there are some other things I'd want. However for the startup price I can't complain.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the many ways we can create workflows to automate the inbound and outbound sales processes of my organization. Their customer support is extremely responsive when trying to unravel my ideas

Pricing an become a concern as our marketing contacts increase

Provides transparency into our team's activities and those of our prospects. It also allows us to automate manual processes like email sending on marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user and admin friendly the system is. Everything is straightforward and flows easily. The best part of HubSpot is that is is incredibly simple to setup and use compared to other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is tough to scale quickly or use HubSpot for larger companies. While they are constantly improving and growing - there are competitors with more time and a larger network that is able to get away with how complex the systems are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was helping us solve the need to quickly onboard and train a sales team. The reporting is simple to setup and almost any level of expertise can figure out how to create them.
