What do you like best about the product?
setting up sequences, being able to connect google suite

personally nothing, but for my employer at the time it was cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in my opinion Hubspot has one of the cleanest CRM interfaces that ive seen. I find myself missing hubspot all the time now that im using salesforce in my new role

Organize the tasks for the complete process and achieve correct pre-sale management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Negative, it has always been the updates that slow down the system and throw errors.

Organization of lead background, tasks, calls online with good signal, information, among other things that help my work

It's been really great at connecting appropriate teams on client work (Marketing, Client Success, Sales, Finance).
What do you dislike about the product?
Many integrations or customizations have limitations that aren't very obvious upfront. You may spend time working towards a new solution or workflow only to find out it will not be able to perform the way you need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a hard time ensuring our last CRM was working for each team that needed to use it. With HubSpot Sales Hub, we've been able to have all the appropriate temas integrate it into their work, which has helped us be more productive and efficient.
Great All-Inclusive Product
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to manage accounts, locate information, see data for analysis, and communicate. Our marketing, sales, and service teams are well-informed on the situation of an account and have automated workflows to make our lives easier
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team members sometimes find their Outlook disconnects, and some emails do not come through into HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our need for a CRM that is all-inclusive, providing communication, automation, follow-up, and reporting. We are very happy with HubSpot and its sophistication.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use, imports prospect data easily, and integration with email is excellent. It is great to be able to see who has opened your emails as this is a great step to determining interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you set up a company, their phone number has to be added once the Company is created, not at the time of creation. Adds extra steps that are not necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of my sales process is a crucial benefit of using HubSpot. Tracking the number of calls and emails and the ability to see who has engaged is a great benefit that HubSpot brings to my business.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very helpful to me and to the company I worked for, it's because we can easily reach out to our prospects and clients easily and we can easily track our Sales Pipeline.

So far, I don't have any negative thought on HubSpot, I really like it cause it's really helpful to us.

On how we can reach our clients easily, and it help us to make it easier.

There are times that it takes time for the info to update when I change it.

Used to have a hard time tracking lead activity and identifying status. Helped me a lot with tagging.

What do you like best about the product?
Upsides the simplicity of the UI, and how easy it is ad and input information as well as remove or edit the information at hand!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike how every time I add and email it adds it as a contact that really messes up my pipeline and slows down my work flow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage all of my pipeline consistantly as well as keep up with existing contracts. Which allows me to be more productive and overall allow me and the sales to outperform!
Great software with so much functionality and capability for our startup!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the data that our company now has access to as well as the ease of use in managing and setting up our pipeline and database. This software has been easy to use from Day 1 and the internal Hubspot team has been amazing at helping us with any questions, as well as their extensive knowledge database and Hubspot academy they offer to customers. I'd recommend to any startup or established business!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so many features that take time to fully learn and set up in a way that's the most streamlined and efficient for our business. Which is not a bad thing! But, it does take time to learn the full capabilities of the software and customize it into a way that makes the most sense for your businesses needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving automation needs for our business and allowing us to spend less time on organizing and managing deals, as well as creating an exceptional database for our customers and email list. There are various other problems the Sales Hub is resolving and benefiting us with!
