Hubspot is a great CRM, user friendly for AEs and SDRs

What do you like best about the product?
I think that Hubspot has a great interface for final users. Its drag and drop feature for reports it's super useful for people how is not used to create reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report creation could be better, and how people can see them and access the records they need to prioritize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to use for final users, which makes onboarding and training much affordable.

I personally didn't like the UI that much plus it's slow compared to others in the similar space

What do you like best about the product?
the best thing is how easily I am able to find email and contact details of prospects without buying premium or spending money for it. Apollo has really made my life simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
when my credits end and I have to wait for the next month. Plus once in a blue moon, we do face some lag from Apollo's end, which can be easily omitted though. Nothing else to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solving a major problem of giving me contact details for important prospects, which otherwise i would have to figure out the email with the help of google and organizations domain and email format. I have already suggested this to all my collegues.

What do you like best about the product?
It can integrate easily with other systems, and it's very user-friendly compared to what I was using previously. It also allows a lot of automation and gives you access to work flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing-wise can be a little pricey compared to some other CRMs out there, and a lot of the features that make it useful are not accessible unless you pay for the premium accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me and my staff to collaborate and see what each other are doing, and keeps everything neat and orderly, as well as giving us access to workflows so we don't forget something.

HubSpot is a wonderful CRM for sales based orgs

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's interface can be a bit daunting for new users, but HubSpot also offers highly detailed tutorials and exercises that make navigating the platform a breeze. There are so many different ways to run campaigns via HubSpot and its integrations. HubSpot shines for organizations with a relatively small-mid size total addressable market, but can also scale to fit a large TAM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tools that you are provided have multiple facets to them, and not every function has a tutorial to go with it. Personally, my biggest gripe with the Sequences tab is once a sequence is launched, you cannot make changes to the sequence for those already enrolled. We've seen outreach platforms do this before, and I'm surprised HubSpot hasn't been able to make this happen. Also related to sequences, you can't filter your contacts by how many times an email has been opened, which can be a tad frustrating when running a cold email campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot keeps our prospects, leads, general pipeline data, and outreach efforts all-in-one, easy-to-use platform. Since our company uses multiple platforms, we are grateful that most of them have native HubSpot integration. This makes typical day-to-day tasks much easier to handle.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. You are able to learn quickly to make the best use of the program.

Can be difficult to run reports due to different field definitions of "silos".

Having thorough contact data. Sales, contact information, etc.

Great web-based add-on CRM software that's easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
The web portal looks to have experienced a bit of a reorganization/refresh - still maintained its functionality and readability (though recently I've used the mobile version more than previously).
What do you dislike about the product?
We've noticed more frequent service outages in the past 6 months or so (none recent, but there was a point some time ago where it felt like interruptions were occurring several times a week). HubSpot notifications did pop up alerting us to the disruption (communication is greatly appreciated), but it was still not optimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On a micro-scale, HubSpot Sales Hub allows for email tracking when staff are away - it's a breeze to log in and view communications/contacts, making follow-up during absences hassle-free!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has an intuitive interface that allows for some customization as well. The software seems very streamlined and enables me to save time because of the layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot has some limitations when it comes to the quotes or proposals that are generated. Making changes to existing quotes or even deleting and replacing them results in autopopulated entries that are difficult to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking potential deals and pipeline management are made much simpler because of the way HubSpot automates the proposal, value proposition, and closing stages with a level of customization that makes sense for the company.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Hubspot is the huge library of helpful guides. If I don't know how to create something on the platform, I can quickly go to their guides which helps me create something in a matter of minutes. If you are new to using their CRM platform, their guides are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about the platform is that the tabs aren't as intuitive. Sometimes I feel like the tabs in the menu are misplaced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping me create a full story of my prospects. I can take a lot of notes which enables me to provide a full story of my prospects for my manager.

What do you like best about the product?
Most useful is being able to see everything all in one place. By everything I mean every contact conversion, every conversation, and every deal all in one spot on the contacts page
What do you dislike about the product?
Just not as widely adopted yet so you do need to take time to onboard new hires. Luckily Hubspot has a good library of content designed to help with this process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to cover website, marketing, sales, and reporting all in one space. Our entire uses it to maintain and monitor our pipeline and revenue goals.
