Effortless Setup, Intuitive Use, Some Record Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I really like HubSpot Sales Hub for its ease of use, allowing us to plug and play seamlessly into our workflow. It's extremely user-friendly, making it easy for our sales team, developers, and even UX experts to navigate without much training. The platform’s structured design, with everything neatly organized on the left pane and an efficient global search feature, greatly simplifies navigation and helps in developing muscle memory for daily tasks. The availability of extensive external resources like YouTube and HubSpot Academy make mastering the tool much more achievable, especially when it comes to complex setups like workflows and lead enrichment. Additionally, the initial setup process of HubSpot Sales Hub was remarkably easy, as it was intuitively clear where everything needed to be configured.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the non-publication of records to be a significant issue, as it requires manual processes to ensure correct assignment of accounts to individuals, even though the device remains the same. Additionally, having multiple companies of the same domain creates complications, necessitating manual intervention to sort these accounts. Also, I'd prefer if the Org Chart Hub had additional objects available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for end-to-end sales tracking, deal mapping, and to assign account ownership, enabling efficient monitoring and preventing unauthorized access. Its structured interface and global search enhance navigation, while external resources aid in mastering its features.

Streamlines Sales and Operations with Powerful Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Great tools to organize incoming/outbound leads as well as track the sales progress as we get closer to a deal being signed and service starting. Hubspot Sales also allows us to automate a lot of processes as we go into an Operations phase with new clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data you can join in reports between Contacts / Companies / Deals is inconsistent and strange in terms of what you can pivot/filter on. I also wish it could track traffic sources over time instead of just the first and most recent versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to reach out to interested and cold customers without taking up too much attention from a sales person, allowing them to focus on more active engagement with leads. Workflows and Sequences allow us to keep in touch with all the leads as we drive them towards closing a deal.
Live Dashboards Enhance Our Sales Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate being able to view the live dashboards in HubSpot Sales Hub. It's fantastic to see updated sales amounts for each of my colleagues, allowing me to keep track of our performance at any given moment. The live dashboards provide crucial insights swiftly and effortlessly, assisting us in monitoring our achievements and determining if we need any additional motivation. This feature significantly enhances our ability to manage and assess sales progress, making it an invaluable tool for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it somewhat problematic that HubSpot Sales Hub experiences occasional downtimes. Although these downtimes are uncommon and typically not prolonged, they occur from time to time, and it's slightly inconvenient. It would be preferable if the system had even fewer instances of downtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for tracking and getting stats about our emails. The live dashboards help me see current sales performance, making it easy to track wins and identify when boosts are needed.
Centralized Data Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot Sales Hub serves as a centralized repository for all our data, covering everything from recruitment phases to tracking deals, revenue, and training cohorts. It effectively eliminates the need for multiple spreadsheets by providing a live dashboard view that allows us to track progress, manage people, and access critical information with ease. The system’s ease of use and intuitive nature make it a standout feature, promoting efficiency and improving user experience. Another fantastic feature is the dashboard and report system that centralizes data among various teams. It updates multiple reports in real-time, which not only simplifies data interpretation but also streamlines our workflow. The capability to build various types of reports and visualizations which update in real-time is incredibly valuable, improving our data analysis and report-making processes significantly. Additionally, integrating HubSpot Sales Hub with our email and scheduling systems, such as Outlook and Calendly, and syncing it with Microsoft Teams for meeting registrations enhances our overall productivity and operational efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that I would like more options in reporting and visualizations. There are times when using Excel is easier for inputting data from tables or inputting multiple variables. HubSpot Sales Hub doesn't calculate averages as simply as Excel or allow the use of formulas like correlation or median numbers.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to centralize our data, replacing multiple sheets with a live dashboard that updates automatically. It simplifies tracking and reporting across different teams, enhancing data analysis and visualization with real-time updates.

Easy to navigate. Very comprehensive and organized platform.

Certain functions not operating at times. Can go down for maintenance. Integrations with other platfroms can slow down servers and response times.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub enables me to track every detail of a contact, company, or deal, and connect this information to specific marketing and sales initiatives. This feature is incredibly valuable for reporting on the effectiveness of these initiatives to leadership. I also value the pre-built templates and snippets which facilitate easy communication with prospects, enhancing Sales outreach. The product's ability to show which contacts are part of a given audience or list and how they progress through the lead and sales funnel adds another layer of insight into our campaign effectiveness. Furthermore, the integration with tools such as Slack, LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and ChatGPT enhances workflow by providing seamless information sharing and data referencing capabilities. The quick deployment and out-of-the-box readiness made it perfect for us as an earlier-stage company, giving us all we needed from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reporting capabilities in HubSpot Sales Hub lacking, particularly regarding email sends per Account Executive (AE). Currently, the reports are limited to tracking Sales email opens and clicks, which is not as comprehensive as needed.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to analyze sales KPIs and monitor deal progression. It helps understand pipeline impacts, enables easy communication with prospects, and connects contact details to marketing and sales initiatives, allowing effective performance reporting to leadership.
All-in-One Integration and Task Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with different applications from ordering, outlook, calling and messaging. The ability to easily manage your tasks and have one system house all of your activities.

Reporting - the ability to create a report to successfully capture all of the necessary information within one report.

I appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to effectively manage sales and prospects through its various features. One of the standout aspects is its segmenting capability, which helps me summarize information based on specific criteria, making data management much more streamlined. I love how email sequences enhance my outreach efforts, allowing me to speed up the process and reach out to clients more efficiently. Another beneficial feature is the tasks management system, which keeps my workflow organized and up-to-date, significantly boosting efficiency for both me and my team. These features combined offer me a comprehensive toolset to handle client communications like emails and calls more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of SMS integration with the phone numbers on file to be a limitation, as it would enhance communication capabilities. Additionally, an auto dialer feature would be beneficial for teams involved in outbound calling and outreach, making the process faster and more efficient. Initially, I found the setup process for HubSpot Sales Hub quite complicated due to the absence of training, which is particularly challenging for new users. HubSpot Sales Hub is not very user-friendly, requiring me to teach myself everything.
