Friendly CRM for Business Users
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily figure out all the features by myself without relying on our IT team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio calls are not auto-recorded and require manual recording every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team to manage most of the Customer-related data in one place and collaborate with our colleagues with ease.
Using HupSpot for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
It's organized and tells you what tasks you have due for the day, past dues, overdue, etc. You get the hang of it once you know how to use HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get tasks I have no idea about, or it repeats tasks that I finished earlier in the day. The order of the tasks is not always safe to rely on or is organized in a logical way. I'd recommend maybe ratings your tasks based on how urgent and important they are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with bringing up tasks I need to complete. I don't have to write down my tasks unless they are important because HubSpot doesn't list your tasks on how important they are.
Not as good as Zendesk
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very easy to use and to set up. The customer care is very helpful. Also do not need to invest much money to have a good service and options. I recommend it
What do you dislike about the product?
They could improve the tickets area (for my clients). They do not have much options to customize as Zendesk, I think that is a point in which Zendesk wins them. Also they ask for higher prices than they should be asking. They are also deleting subdomains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only to assign cases to the right direction. I would like if they add more options to the panel. I'm are more productive, but not as I expected at first. Good support

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it doubles tap tasks, kinda annoyed with that part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can help me to easily connect with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
By using HS, communication within the company has improved massively. Not just the fact that you organize your own taks, but that you can mention other people within the organization in them so that the whole team is fully up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
HS is mainly for the sales teams, when talking about admin, our tasks have to be much more analytic. Although, as an operations manager, I found the analytics tool amazing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can keep all the info within the system and recover it in a very easy way at the moment you need it (snippets, templates...)
Great tool, room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the different features Hubspot offers such as sequences, templates, and different filters!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times Hubspot can be a bit glitchy and doesn't allow you to do a few things I would like to see such as sequencing with only a phone number regardless if there is an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows outreach to be done more efficiently.

Automated updated between contacts and deals would be great!

Collating and recording leads and allowing sales to track and nurture those leads.
Hubspot does a good job of organizing your sales pipelines.

I like the user interface which allows for quick navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead integration from our marketing funnels isn't cohesive and forces me to free-hand fields that are not populated from inbound leads through our web form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay organized to minimize my time of searching for deals to work on that are of a priority, making me more productive.
User Friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the bulk email feature - allows me to save time and reachmany clients at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of available personal customer service - the service hub is great, but sometimes you just need to speak to a human
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to keep up with hundreds of clients, each unique situation etc, and take detailed notes as well. I love that I can track every contact/touch I have made with each client
