Everything, All in One Place

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy to keep track of accounts, outreach efforts, deal progress, and more all within one interface. It feels like a one stop shop for most of my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
deals don't populate/track off of sequence if not triggered properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS helps me with my automated outbound efforts, including the content within my sales emails

What do you like best about the product?
The hub is user-friendly and is incredibly powerful. Using it has saved hours of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit to the number of contacts you can enroll in a sequence at once is extremely inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables me to send out mass emails that are personalized without having to type every person's name, company, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set and edit tasks. I find being to able to see all of my tasks in one space helps. Easy of use and easy to see my daily tasks. Much more clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be finicky at times. Hard to change tasks. Nothing not realized yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us solve sales leads. Trying to set lists and tasks. That it's easier to reach out to leads with the tasks. Yes much more productive. es I find it's easie.

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to do everything i.e. building email sequences, in app calling, etc. Great UI and visibility on pipeline. Link scheduling! For sales it checks off just about all of my boxes so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The friction for cold calling through a larger list of contacts. For cold calling I prefer a phone-burner-like experience where I can put together a list and just rapid dial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline and lead status with easy Marketing access to send marketing emails based on lead status. Also the abillity to schedule meetings and track email opens, etc.

I cant change the subject line for 2nd emails

Hubspot: saving my sanity and keeping me organized

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has truly been a game changer for me in managing accounts across multiple states, in different stages of contact. I love the organizational tools and the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I really dislike, but a dark mode built in to the platform would be helpful for late nights!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot keeps all of my work organized and creating tasks for the days or weeks ahead helps me manage my workflow.

An easy way to manage your prospects!

What do you like best about the product?
The tasks tab is the one I use the most, and I love the layout. I can add as many tabs as I need to keep everything nice and organized. I set the tasks tab as my start-up page so I can get right to work!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a couple of issues importing contacts/prospects from Zoominfo, but honestly, it feels like that's a 50/50 responsibility with Zoominfo. Haven't really tried to import from anywhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to organize all of my prospects by different stages in the sequences that I am running, and I can see everything pretty easily through the tasks page.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to create tasks for a contact, company, just a to-do for myself. And lets me do alerts, days times to keep me organized. I have like it a lot more compared to other CRM's that I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of features makes it sometimes hard to find each thing within the many different tabs. Or even be able to try and learn about all the different features that are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that all my notes regarding companies and contacts are recorded. Keeps me up to date with the tasks I need to do, and to make sure I complete and do them on time. Has helped tremendously with making sure no one falls through cracks and I'm able to follow up with them in a timely manner.

I like the amount of trackable fields that help me measure the progress of my sales.

How long it sometimes takes to generate a task or email.

Speed and usability. It is updated often and easy for our developers to adjust.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful things about Hubspot Sales hub are the leaderboards, easy-to-build sequences, and effective task organization/completion features. I especially love the UI and the contact/company page layouts in particular.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I have found so far are integrations with LinkedIn Sales Nav not being as effective as I'd hoped and some actions are a bit clunky/take extra steps and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping me to automate my outbound efforts and easily handle hundreds of leads at once. Hubspot makes it easy for me to prioritize leads and track activity as well as turn cold leads into sales with little effort! Being new to sales and CRM use- I was extremely happy with the training videos and activities.
