Task organization
What do you like best about the product?
As far as pipeline organization for sales goes, Hubspot is great. The tasking feature allows me to stay organized and on the ball for sending emails and making calls in a timely manner. It allows me to organize my tasks to contact people by timezone, a huge benefit when working in an industry with unofficial "no-call" hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could merge contacts even if they are enrolled in an email sequence. Kind of a hassle to unenroll from a sequence to merge with a duplicate, then reenroll at the same point in the sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational and time management problems when handling a large sales pipeline. I feel like I am a far more effective rep because of how I can handle the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly and it notifies me often. It helps me organize all the potential customers with ease. Come to think about it, we (Stukent) use HubSpot for a variance of different reasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose it can be glitchy. Sometimes it logs me out and I have to relog in again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User-friendly and it notifies me often. It helps me organize all the potential customers with ease. Yes, I feel like the task feature helps me stay on task.
Organization and Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about HubSpot is how easy it is to filter leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I go back to a page, it refreshes and I have to re-setup my filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps with maximizing time efficiency through organization and allowing me to make calls without dialing phone numbers. All I have to do is click.

How easy it is to create and enroll contacts. I used SF and it was a nightmare.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some steps take to many steps, like unrolling contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of keeping track of contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is intuitive and powerful. It's easy to train reps on yet powerful enough to pull detailed reports of valuable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent updates can make it a chore to relearn the interface on occation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead flow is smoother than ever and I can effortlessly track performance across the sales org.
HubSpot Sales - Creating a more effecient nonprofit
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales has really transformed our nonprofit's sales and customer engagement. Our staff members have the tools and resources now to work smarter, not harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not great data reports from sequences compared to other platforms I have used in the past. I would like to see better data analysis and to be able to export sequence lists with data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot sales is creating a more efficient and effective organization. As a nonprofit, our staff wears many hats and has a lot of different responsibilities, Hubspot sales helps us to be more efficient and effective.

I love the activity feature, allowing me to keep up with all interactions in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful feature is that email replies are not logged in the activity feed.

Hubspot for Sales Development
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to customize to what I specifically need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slow with my Aircall integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and sorting of contacts for general outreach. Helps me save tons of time and headache of using excel for that.
Pretty easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
This is great for sequencing a large number of contacts for marketing email blasts and is pretty easy to use/navigate as well. It is much less time consuming than doing this all manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use all of the functions for my job, so I can't speak on those other features. I mainly use the automation/sequences functions, and I definitely feel they're helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us expand our reach! We can import lists of contacts from an excel file and easily send out messages to many people/organizations at a time. Definitely a time saver!

Being able to keep a pulse on what sequences are/are not working.
