How the information is shown and also how you can bring information form seamleess.

User Friendly - Minimal Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
Templates - incredibly easy to make a personalized template and 1-to-1 email contacts and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I dislike all the features that are only available to premium subscription users. This is biased though as my company is currently unwilling to purchase the premium subscription. I would love to get a change to use these!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, the biggest help Hubspot has been to us is emails and text integration. We use another third-party texting provider, and Hubspot flawlessly integrates. On top of that, Hubspot saves us time from the constant copy, paste, personalize that our sales team was previously doing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the activity feed to check the engagement of my prospects as well as the ability to create email sequences with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we are limited to 500 emails a day and we can only create 5 emails in a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had some initial problems when I was still in training mode and the support staff was able to call me directly to help me solve my problems.

Easier to use for people who have the time and capacity to learn a new software

What do you like best about the product?
Once I watched a few videos and tried using HubSpot Sales Hub, it is much easier to automate as many of my tasks as possible, helping me to stay on top of my work and do more in a shorter period than relying on just my CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I want to skip a step in a Sequence, I am unable to advance to the next step without marking the "complete" button. I don't like this option for anyone else who may then be the owner of the company/contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to be much more efficient; view and complete daily tasks and pace myself. I like to automate as much as my job as possible so I can focus on more important projects and tasks than trying to figure out who to call and when.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is super easy to learn and great for growing businesses. The intuitive UI/UX allows people to be onboarded quickly in conjunction with the mountains of resources they provide on how to address common questions from the novice user.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as "beefy" as SFDC. But what little it lacks in capabilities it more than makes up for in streamlined focus. Sometimes less is more. That's the value of HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows me to send out sequences without the need for an additional tool such as outreach. It's a full solution in that regard. The meeting links also makes it so that we don't need to purchase a scheduling tool such as Calendly.

Hubspot's Sales Hub is a great way to leverage your email campaigns!

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are by far the best part of the platform. Being able to schedule out automated emails with various steps between sends like "completing a follow-up call" or specifying the delay between sends. Having workflows set up with your website to automate tedious follow-up processes is a major time saver. The integrations Hubspot has with various other apps like Outlook and its Analytics section & reports are really helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing for me would be the "Marketing email" section. This may sound like a 180 from the title, but let me explain! This section is very robust and has various uses, but what I've found is it heavily leans on traditional digital sales/ marketing. Storefronts and shops would find this section incredibly helpful, but from a company that doesn't use that, I've found much more use out of the Sequences section to carry out our style of marketing emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving the issues of deliverability with our marketing emails. Using other platforms have its pros & cons as well, but I've found the consistency of Hubspot's deliverability ratio is so much better.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability of email tracking, I can link my zoom and google calendar for meetings, and the data you can get for email tracking or sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't much to dislike. maybe having to refresh the page to get up my reports to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps keep my leads and clients extremely organized, which helps me keep my meetings on time, and not bombard the same leads with marketing material.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences make emailing easy. I don't have to worry about forgetting to send. I set sequences and it saves me time during my week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only select 50 contacts per page. It can take a while to set up when to send because I can only select 50 contacts per page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is making e-mailing easier. I have a lot of contacts, almost 1,000, and setting up e-mails once a week and then not having to worry about sending them every day allows me to use my time focusing on other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Email tracking and logging as well as the sales data visuals are very helpful. The moble app is good for making calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be some discontinuity between the mobile app and the website CRM. The mobile app could be better optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot tracks email opens and link clicks, so we do have some insight into our email engagement.
