HubSpot CRM First Time User
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has helped us grow our Cleaning Business considerably since we started in 2021. We have had a smooth experience with the Gmail inbox linked to the CRM, HubSpot email tracker and notifications with Chrome and HubSpot mobile application.
As a first-time user, it was quite easy to use the platform. The demo videos and the free user tutorials were easy to understand and useful.

What do you dislike about the product?
There can be confusing glitches like different users shown as owners for contacts/companies. The email tracker hasn't always been accurate. The payment plans have been expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps track of everything that happens with a company from the moment we approach a client.

The occasional latencies and errors I encounter.

Being disorganized, having overdue tasks, not keeping track of progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, nothing is hard to find. Integration between other systems and the ability to monitor and track client/customer engagement is fantastic. Compared to other CRMs I've used that were clunky or lacking in many key features and insights, Hubspot is an absolute breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, very little. Hubspot is practically flawless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration and contact between different teams was always harder through other CRM software. The ability to set tasks to keep on top of important deadlines also helped myself and my organisation's work performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, the sequence's and task's help make the sales process easy as well as all of the 3rd part integrations we use that integrated with HubSpo. The mobile app is great for on the go as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it can be overwhelming, but after taking many HubSpot Academy videos and creating our HubSpot to work for us. Anytime I have an issue, he instant chat has been able to resolve me issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales is helping our organization prospect management, account data, email campaigns, deal cycles and much more for multiple different departments. My favorite CRM thus far.

Can create & keep email templates, work tracking, data utilization, making contacts, email campaigns, calling, scheduling, emailing tasks at one place & many more
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much; searching contact is quite tricky; creating criteria to search contacts can be improved, and the rest of the things are fine. In email template there should be an option of attaching docs from desktop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling a call has become easy; emailing bulk audiences and getting calls scheduled has become very easy & convenient. Tracking & maintaining notes for each call

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to navigate through my deals quickly. I can contact any of my clients directly and be able to organize them in different stages to keep track of them. I have used other CRMs before; nothing compares to the amount of personalization HubSpot offers to your working style.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like about Hubspot; if I don't know how to use the feature or have any questions, customer service will help me solve my problems. I have yet to find limitations that do not let me do my job as efficiently as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped me solve the problem of reaching out to multiple clients and making them feel like I sent them a personal email. It helps me keep track of all of my sequence performance for maximum a/b testing to see what is working and what is not.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use and very helpful to make sure I stay on track. Also when communicating with clients I love the feature that tell me they have seen my emails that tells me they are either reading it and looking further into my questions or they are about to respond to me and I'm already ready to read and respond back making it seem as if I am always available for any of our clients conserns or questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to connect it to my phone and laptop and make calls by starting on my laptop and auto activate it to my phone.(I can select call on HubSpot on my laptop and it automatically starts a call on my phone)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of who is and isn't already working with us it's great for managing our accounts and not bothering our clients with repeated pitches and deals/ emails.
Hubspot is intuitive, simple, and customized.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to pick up; it's really straightforward in terms of the interface. I also love the customization in the search features and how you can adjust your views to be specific to the information you need at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of our business, I think our reps get confused (however, some need more training) on how to track a single facility, versus a physician group, versus a hospital system. It would be nice if a feature compared new entries to what is already in the system so we could avoid duplicates at conception.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mostly helpful for tracking our business in sales, and the relationships we have with the facilities we work with. It is also a hub for contact information.

I love that you can queue up calls and easily roll through them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to send mass emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of using multiple windows on my computer to track calls.
I can't imagine using anything other than Hubspot!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is very user friendly and simple platform to enter the information we need for our sales & marketing team. The dashboard feature is very helpful when presenting the data to the Executive team. And I love Hubspot Academy! Also, the Hubspot community is great to discuss any issues, give suggestions to the development team (which they do respond to!) and of course, network with other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a a few small issues with editing meeting messages but we have found a work around. The development team does listen to suggestions and keeps the community informed about improvements and new features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives the inside look at the activity of your prospects. That really helps us to focus in on those prospects that are interested in our message. And they go to the top of our call list! Opens and clicks are a great thing!
