You should use Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very organized, which I appreciate. I like how it keeps all emails to my contacts grouped together. I use the Tasks feature for reminders and to manage Deals. I recently started using Sequences and have found it very straightforward. Each day, I continue to discover new ways to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The unsubscribed contacts make it difficult and find that number of growing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of pending sales by sending me reminders when the deal goes past the expected close date.
Super user friendly but also versatile.

The ease of navigating through everything. Super easy to find stuff and get used to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the dashboard was more customizable and had more stuff.

Having all my info in one spot that is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot can help with deal flow as well as marketing outreach. The fact it can help with both deal maintenance and marketing/sales, it gives the user a lot of power.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the user interface could use a slight face lift. It is very functional but seems to be stuck a little in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to do a lot of marketing and sales functions in once place. I have used other CRMs but I had to add other bolt-on features to get call and email tracking.
First time using Hubspot!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot provides a user-friendly platform that was straightforward to learn. It allows me to keep track of all my tasks and leads in a strong way. Best platform for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is unhelpful about hubspot. Only thing that I suggest isn't working the best is when it notifies you when a lead clicks/opens your email/email links.
It will notify me that a lead has clicked 4 different links in >30 seconds which isn't accurate. In addition, it notifies me when I opened the lead's email as if the lead did.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convenience, labor reduction, and organization. Helps me track the best times to contact leads with scheduled emails. Helps keep track of lead information and prospecting.
Do more in less time with HubSpot CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the easy-to-work-with CRM function and the ability to track links, schedule meetings, creating tasks as reminders. I also enjoy the many app integrations available, like LinkedIn sales navigator. This allows me to do more outreach in less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only downside to Hubspot is more on my end than the software. Hubspot has so many capabilities and functions. I have been using Hubspot for several years and still have much to learn. I know I haven't scratched the surface of cool things I could and should be utilizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me organised and accountable to exceed al internal sales outreach goals by providing easy-to-share reporting to ELT.

It's user friendly ability to make the process a smooth and simplistic one.

It requires updates often, and it has repeating errors with logging activity on a weekly basis on and off.

Maintaining a detailed list of potential partners, while keeping track of detailed conversations amongst them.
Great tool for sales
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is extremely easy to use. Probably the highlight is the email sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 1,000 email limit makes sense, but it seems that the number doesn't reset daily as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass cold outreach through email is extremely time consuming. Hubspot makes that task a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks are an incredible way to stay updated with all day-to-day business operations. In addition, the meeting link portion of Hubspot makes it easy to be available for all customers and perspective clients. Dashboards area also a huge plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lists can be somewhat confusing at times. I also find the relationship between contact/company pages not always to be efficient. In addition, the ticketing system on Hubspot could be improved.

First and foremost, Hubspot helps me stay incredibly organized. In addition, I utilize the meeting link function of HubSpot hundreds of times a day. Sequences are easy to track and edit on the fly
