What do you like best about the product?
Filters in that I can get exactly where I need it to be for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
some filters are limited in that i cannot use all of them to exclude

tracking progress on pipeline, leading to better sales

What do you like best about the product?
hubspot provides a TASK feature which really helps me to know what things I have to do every day. and I also like the EMAIL SEQUENCE feature which is very effective for my work. Lastly I really like REPORT where I can monitor my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, when entering lead data into hubspot it is quite time-consuming because you have to enter the Contact Owner twice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I face is when I have a lot of data leads that I need to contact but it would be very ineffective if I have to check one by one every day. the presence of the TASK feature on hubspot is a useful solution for me because it helps remind me to do work assignments.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot can provide many of data like a personal info, needs, and the other things and it was helpfull our job .

I think when hubspot got error or crash.

When i want to reach out our client, Hubspot can make a few pf categorized, Is it can reah out, or no response and so many things

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that this CRM can not only be a sales platform for every single event and task, but with integration it can be the tool to take your business to the next level!
What do you dislike about the product?
I work in Education, I would like an enrolment platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate recording of deals and the fact integration is possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the workflows to create automation based on the criteria I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were some functionalities like reporting on historical values and looking at previous values. Also, the reporting could use some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of interactions with customers/prospects and automating alerts to the sales and support teams. Basically the functionalities you'd want out of a CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and easy the interface is to use. I have used Salesforce at my past companies and feel like Hubspot is much more user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting in Hubspot lacks compared to other software I have used, definitely not as robust as what a software like Salesforce may offer

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization uses this software for sales and, to be honest from start to the end it includes all the features which are required for the organization to maintain the data, records, dashboards and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, we were using Hubspot for our calling purpose as well but later due to some issues like numbers showing in spam etc. we integrated with another software which cost us extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using this software we used to manage our data in sheets but now it helps to Manage to communicate and help us to track our leads where our work efficiency has increased.

What do you like best about the product?
Features such as email tracking, follow up task creation and sending emaols in bulk were really useful. The send later was also a welcome addition. You can use it for effective sales predictions too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was no separate inbox filter to only see communications initiated by you. Sometimes I had to spend hours scrubbing my inbox to find all the open communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped immensely in keeping a track of all the customers and documenting every communication you had with them. You could also use it as a tool to send out sales and marketing campaigns.
