I have enjoyed using Hubspot. It is easy to poke around and figure out its different capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that hubspot is fairly navigable and user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I cannot download the domains for deal cards in a full export of a pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us keep track of our deals and where they are in the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an easy to use software and everything integrates well with one other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions can start acting weird but typically a refresh or an exit and reopen solves the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to keep track of everything we need in one spot.

The interface for creating, personalizing, assigning, and executing sequences for different categories of prospects makes my life easier!

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is brilliant! Visually pleasing, whilst also having enough detail to identify key information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the email add-in drops off and difficult to reconnect. The programme should have a video guide for first users as not always intuative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with efficiently organising prospective deals. The overall benefit is if used properly the interface will help you identify holes in the sales process

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a very worthwhile CRM, and has helped me keep all my clients organized. It's nice to be able to view reports and create tasks to keep up with everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any software, Hubspot can have a few glitches now and again--they're usually sorted out within a day, however, and the Hubspot team seems to be on top of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and keeping track of employee performance--reports are very workable and helpful to make sure we know when and where people can improve.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see if someone has opened your email, how many times they opened it, and also being able to see the time they opened it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wouldnt say I dislike it but I'm not a big fan of the calling system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering as much information on a customer as possible, it saves a lot of time during the day.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to keep track of all contacts in various lead statuses, as well as to navigate between contacts at companies. The ability to log email transactions from our company email is super easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Setting up email sequences is a bit tedious but once those are live, the rest of the process is seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach efficiency. Lets us contact people at scale, with a level of personalization.

I have used Hubspot for a while now. It was very easy to pick up compared to SalesForce.

It would be nice to have more reporting features.

What do you like best about the product?
By using filters, lists, and sequences I can use my time efficiently to set up effective sales sequences that target the right people and send the right messages automatically. I sometimes wake up to multiple new meetings booked.
The various filters also allow me to ensure that none of my prospects get forgotten or fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX is not always intuitive, but you can usually Google your question and figure it out fairly quickly. Sometimes the product doesn't do exactly what I would like it to, but I can usually figure out a workaround to achieve most of what I am trying to achieve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a great tool for automating personalized, targeted messages and for making sure that your prospects don't get lost.
