Seemless Integration with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is a great and powerful tool, which gives you all the information about the prospect, that includes his social medial links, previous organization and etc.
It has features of capturing all the information so that I have all the info in one place and anyone in my team can access it without hesitation

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, but sometime the user flow is unprdicted and when I have create a deal from a contact or a company, it creates two deals instead of 1.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is solves the problem of Duplication od data and leads, once we integrate it with our email address platform it captures all the data in one place and one do not have to go back and forth to know whats the status of the leads

What do you like best about the product?
It's very flexible in terms of settings, automation and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms feature is too limited and there aren't many good complete integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated workflows within the pipelines, scheduling within a whole team's availability, easy and adaptable reports.

What do you like best about the product?
All internal teams are now on the same page. We can track efforts, results and sales in one single area. It plays well with our other tools like Seamless AI, LinkedIn Nav, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things require "workarounds." For example, you cannot easily pull contacts out of a company list, and it's challenging to make ongoing outreaches without the sequences feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track efforts and which ones show the best results is fantastic. They can also follow if a contact interacted with something you sent and how many times.

What do you like best about the product?
I love to see everything in one place and have a 360 view of what's happening. What I use the most is the dashboards, I have it always open so I can know where we are in terms of lead gen (amount of leads, where they are coming from, etc), meetings, deals. I use the deals dahsboard too, and with a click I know how a deal is advancing in the process. When I started this position, having Hubspot was my first decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quotas are not so easy to manage and understand, I'm sure there's a lot to use and know that I´m not aware yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything from marketing to sales is covered in Hubspot, to have all the process in just one place gives me a 360 degree perspective.

When you start from the beginning, it takes a lot of time to know how it works, but after you watch blog posts and videos, you can have everything organized

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. Everything is intuitive and user friendly. At first my team was skeptical of the integration and soon folks were loving it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - seems to work seamlessly and gives me no issues that come to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for templates, quotes and many other features. I have no idea what I'd be doing without it.
Seamless integration
What do you like best about the product?
I've used several CRM platforms in my sales career (Redtail, SalesForce, SalesForce FSC, Zoho, and others) and am just using HubSpot for the first time. I'm super impressed with the seamless integration of HubSpot with Fathom for capturing note and video and attaching them to the contact with no additional effort on my part. I'm much more productive as I don't have to take notes and enter them into HubSpot manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see a repository of all the notifications, like when someone reads an email, and HubSpot shows a notification of this. Maybe this already exists within the software and I've just not found it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and task management, deal tracking and sales pipeline management and reporting, note taking, contact details and incredible automation. All of these features equate to being more productive.

On most occasions, you get the accurate DM info, and you can go straight to the pitch with the right person

Sometimes the leads don't belong to the company or any related to the business involved

It's saving us a lot of time by providing us with direct contact with our prospect's clients

It helps keep me organized, I know with all my tasks who I need to contact that day.

Honestly, nothing I don't like. It is all very useful.

I honestly haven't had any problem. I love that I can text from HubSpot just by clicking the SMS button
