Great for work!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and to get the hang of it but it still has all the features that you may need, awesome to keep record of everything and all the analytic tools are really helpfull
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment i can't think of anything that i don't like about Hubspot, simple to use and it's pretty effective for all of my bussines needs

What do you like best about the product?
I've been able to streamline our marketing activities thanks to HubSpot! It has made it possible for me to interact with potential clients, respond to them promptly, and have quick access to all event details. It offers a wide range of options, from workflow to sequence creation all the way to data analysis and report creation necessary for business evaluation and improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all users, there are some limitations. There appears to be a limit to the number of reports you can create and no automation to delete them unless you do it manually. We also encountered some issues with company domains that HubSpot cannot recognize and prompts us to create a new company profile instead, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are numerous advantages. As I previously stated, it is a one-stop innovative tool for us. It enables me to connect all of my marketing tools in one place to track, analyze, and make strategic decisions based on customer actions. It also connects my marketing activities to the sales team, creating a Marketing to Sales pipeline, among other things.
A must have for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in the same spot and the interface is easily navigatable. It's easy on the eyes and a very well made application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be too easy to change something if it's not admin locked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All information is easily accessible and it makes my job a lot faster along with making it easier to take quick notes.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful aspect of HubSpot Sales Hub is its ability to integrate with other solutions. It has many advantages over its competitors, such as the automatic logging of activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about HubSpot Sales Hub is that the integration with Sales Navigator has a charge, so the activities done in SN have to be recorded manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps with the manual logging of activities since many activities that are performed are automated by HubSpot Sales Hub, saving the salesperson time.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to have all info needed to reach out to leads easily and also gives access to keep track of previous notes, reminders, and accurate pipeline features needed by someone s like me
What do you dislike about the product?
Inadequate sync, automatic assigning of leads to an agent because the call was scheduled, and a wider range of countries allowed for voice calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amazing way to have it all in one place (customer lifecycle) helps to see the activity of the clients with the products easily, easy cold call access, easy and compatible with my company's product, and access to tailored and marketing emails dissemination made easy.
Easy, Smooth, Modern, Efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
E-mail templates are easy to create and if you work outside office hours, you can choose the exact time to "send later" or Hubspot suggestions when it's best to send! The emails are also tracked so you can see when receiver has opened it or clicked on a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version doesn't have all functions as the desktop/web version. This can be annoying to find out while too far away from your laptop. So it's better to know now...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client engagement is very important! Hubspot has made communication with clients and having Statistics on which email templates and communication strategies are working very easy!
It is a very practical and complete tool for proper monitoring.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of its options and how complete it is. I feel that they have put an effort into creating a program so that we can follow up on our tasks in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually like all of it and have been using it long enough to be sure of what I'm saying.

Solve all the problems related to the management of information and follow-up to your clients, it is a great tool that allows you to optimize the processes.
All the things I need in one CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the tool is very powerful. It’s not just a CRM, I can also get helpful data and reports out of it! I can easily pull out any data that I need because of its powerful filtering tool
What do you dislike about the product?
For me the only downside is that the search bar is very character sensitive in showing results. If you add something like dash, it won’t show the results of the words anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to get the reports I need specifically for leads and Sales. It’s very helpful when it comes to how our Marketing team should retarget their ads and how our Sales team should move forward.

Hubspot: Tool of the Future
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things I like with Hubspot is that you can quickly sort the data that you need, for example, totals of sales confirmed and the ability to export only the data that I need. Hubspot being linked to Twilio also is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I noticed is that our contacts can easily be duplicated. There are instances of having three references that are linked to only one number. It will be helpful if it is detected while making the new contacts so we can avoid duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sales reports is very helpful because I can easily export the results I need. It will just show the fields I need, and no need to remove them once they are exported in excel.
