What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive software, features, such as tasks, various filters, and deals, helps me keep a tab on day-to-day activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing Much, Would be great if I had the capability to extract data on excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my leads, and keeping track of their activity. Allows me to create mail sequences. Various help articles, if I am stuck anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it integrates with air call, simple and easy to use easy to get hang of when ive had to teach people to use,the dashbaord is great to keep reccord
What do you dislike about the product?
hubspot can sometimes take a while when you have multiple things youre doing on it

hubspot literally keeps our whole buisness together

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing automation feature is the most liked feature in Hubspot, before onboarding HubSpot, we evaluated a lot of other competitors as options and finally, we choose Hubspot over them because of this function and the support team HubSpot team is great and the installation process was smooth. Another important point was the mobile app version of Hubspot is a great advantage while handlining the sales module.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not that much to dislike in this system, but I felt there were some glitches while creating blogs, landing pages, and other custom HTML pages, rest everything is perfect for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before the implementation of HubSpot, we were using multiple tools for all marketing activities, now with this single platform we can have email marketing, marketing & sales automation, social media posting analysis, website analytical reporting, and leads nurturing everything can be done under this single platform.

Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to learn and when taking advantage of it's tools, features, and extensions, you are able to track potential customers, deals, pipeline, and work together as a team with out stepping on each other's prospect toes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything off the top of my head. It would be nice to have a map that visualizes customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy customer & prospect management to develop business.

HubSpot's tools makes Communication, Collaboration and Automation easy

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of HubSpot for our company is having a hub where all our data can be seen and accessed by our team members and it helps keep everyone communicating and on the same page. Another helpful function HubSpot provides is their help tech support members. I have made numerous calls and emails to those hard-working folks and they do an outstanding job teaching and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of HubSpot is the search bar on the top right. It's not very useful I search the objects individually. It's not too bad and kind of nitpicking to bring it up. Otherwise, the software performs as advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing transparency and ease of communication amongst several teams in our company. We can get more done and we stay on the same page more often than not. We don't have to go out of our way and interupt anyone working to see what kinds of activities the sales team is performing on a day-to-day basis.

Sometimes HubSpot calling does not work, but it only happens rarely

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy and efficient HubSpot is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how Hubspot lags sometimes in regards to loading or sometimes there are complications with sending emails and texts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to be more productive by making more calls per hour.

What do you like best about the product?
Changes are intuitive, the platform is powerful without feeling like a labyrinth the way Salesforce can, automations are easy to get going, data tracking is very indepth, and the reporting tool is *generally* as fully featured as I would like it to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
The split of primary objects into: contact, company, and deal can cause issues with my companies workflow and makes simple tasks unnecessarily complicated. Wish the Meetings tool was a little more feature rich in terms of assignment and control of multiuser meeting workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed better tracking of our clientele, both in terms of the status of the account, and the efforts of the agents involved. Hubspot has powered a pretty big shift in how we do things and we are just scratching the surface so far...

HubSpot to get organized

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to link the necessary individual to the case at hand, keeps great track of where we are at with a client. I like that I can store photos and emails to the client's account and work a full estimate straight to that folio. I have not used other interfaces this one seems to keep it locked all to one and is a pretty solid program.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times HubSpot can be glitchy and have to wait a long time for a case to hit the deals. I have at times waited 30 mins to an hour. Although this is not all the time, it would be an exceptional program if this happened less. It is detrimental to have immediate access to the client's folio. It would be nice if you made it possible to PIN 2 notes - this would be very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps significantly with communications amongst our small crew. Although not all of the crew reads the notes when they do it is exceptionally helpful to keep us all on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
We use sequences, tickets, tasks, and templates daily. It really does help our team to stay on top of marketing to customers and respond quickly without wasting precious time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real complaint is how data gets sent from Hubspot to other platforms (Zapier, for example). I wish I could more easily drill down, see associations, and export data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped us cut down on a significant portion of the "who said what to whom" back-and-forth we used to have as a team. This was one of the primary reasons for adopting the platform, and it's worked well for us.
