great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ticketing service is simple to use. User friendly. Easy to implement. I like the pipeline view, it's great to see what is active and was is pending. Great tool
What do you dislike about the product?
some issues that we need to fix to make our experience better. When i have questions to ask the husbpot support, we are working on what they are asking us to tets and they do not give us enough time to test ebfore closing the ticket on their end. I've received this comment from other team members which makes the experience tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mulitple emails in one ticket - major issue for us as some emails in that ticket are different and pending so hard to follow and try to avoid closing the ticket by mistake
HubSpot does more than what I expected.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that when I email clients I get activity responses from their interaction with the email. This is especially great when you are looking for real leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some color coding of clients and types of activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using templates to email leads allows me to reach out to more people and be more productive during the day.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is such an intuitive tool, with versatility at its forefront, allowing team members to create systems, templates and more that work uniquely for their position and needs. It allows team members in a variety of roles to better manage leads, conversations and important client data and grow authentically while keeping customer care, rapport and retention top of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can initially feel overwhelming, however Hubspot support is fantastic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Hubspot to better manage and organize our stockist and partner conversations all in one spot. It has helped us to stay engaged with our community in meaningful ways while saving us time, energy and stress
Hubspot Tasks and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I've very recently begun a role as a BDR making cold calls, and HubSpot has really helped me keep on track and meet my targets. I love the ability to enroll my contacts into sequences to make sure I'm keeping them engaged enough while not overwhelming them with daily calls, and being able to circle through hundreds and hundreds of people throughout the week without having to really think about it. I also appreciate the ability to set reminders for follow-ups, I find it much easier than actually taking the time to put something in my calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some instances where I would like the option to filter through my tasks using more metrics than are available. I would really love if I was able to go into my daily tasks and first focus on people living in EST, and then work my way west throughout the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really allowing me to get more efficient and productive with my time. It allows me to take some time away from my organizational work and planning and really focus my efforts on selling.
Hubspot is great but the app could use a few improvements
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use and the interface looks really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'reports' tab on the app is really slow. Also, the AI doesn't always recognize the Company Name or the prospect's First Name when using email templates.

It helps me remember what tasks I have for that day and it keeps track of how many emails I have sent out.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive design easy to build reports and sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needing a marketing license to create workflows.

Customer communication and providing tailored messages to prospects.
It has been great, I wish that the employee number on companies were much accurate.

The ability to have multiple templates ready to use when communicating with leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy of employee headcount. It can be much better if I did not have to qualify each company due to the numbers being incorrect.

It is solving the problem of having my leads in one place, where I can look at company information and connect at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it seamlessly integrates with my calendar and my gmail app. The meetings fucntionality is also very good. Sequences and templates are very usefull. Snippets toos
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the when i propose meeting times, it does not automatically create a google meeting link in my google calendar. not sure if this is hubspot or google's issue

iT helps me keep track of all the various deals i am aworking on. It gives me a great place to organize notes meeetings and calendar events, setc. It is also great for automation
Helps with handling and organizing large numbers of contacts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to filter out contacts and the easiness of tracking results like the number of dials and how many were connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are annoying, like being limited to only adding 100 leads to a task at a time. The deals and contacts don't always sync.

Makes organization way better than using spreadsheets. Tasks allow me to go through leads faster than selecting one at a time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Familiarize yourself with features upfront. Have an organizational strategy going into any task.

Easily configuring contacts & sequences.

Inputting companies automatically should have more options than only going off of their email address as this does not work when people use free email addresses.
