Documents, templates, tasks and meeting tools made the difference in my consulting business.
What do you like best about the product?
Templates save valuable time. Sales reps can focus on core activities. Meeting tool reminder features get more booking with my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing that's not affordable by small businesses. Sequence amd automation are great features but expensive

Prospecting and closing more sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to host and manage all of my prospects in high volumes and in one spot, call them, email them, create templates, and so much more. It's extremely easy to manage a pipeline on here!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could customize my subscription because there are several things I do not use or need, and there are a couple of things I would like to have instead, so hopefully, Hubspot gets on this to make it more customizable to the user. Especially independent ones
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly helps with the organization of my business and is fast-paced and able to get so much more work/ outreach done to maximize efficiency and time. Great tool to have!

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot's integration with G-Mail; the Templates, and quick-save feature for contacts save me so much time. I also love the format of their deal pipeline that helps me quickly see where all of my deals are and who needs a follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints currently, but I do wish that sequencing could be offered for individual users or small teams without the large price increase. Other than that I've always found the Knowledge Center very helpful, as well as live support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot's contact organization and deal tracking keep me efficient and organized, especially when dealing with large contact lists. Their Templates and Lists features save me a lot of time when doing heavier outreach.

How easy it was to understand how to use hubspot.

Sometimes the leads are all in Spanish, which could be a problem on our part, but it makes for bad leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is by far the best CRM I have used. It's intuitive enough to figure out on your own unlike sales force. It integrates with just about everything you could think of. On the sales side of things it's an absolute necessity and I love how my AEs can pick it up and start using it right away as its easy to learn. I also love how feature rich hubspot is and even though it's easy to use it doesn't sacrifice or mean it has less capabilities as it still has many useful advanced features like workflows and playbooks that are game changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a native book a demo create a deal function. Instead every company solves this differently and since it's such a basic function there should be a native feature that does this but there isn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows is a big help but what's even better is playbooks. No one likes being the sales manager constantly reminding their AE to fill out properties on contact or deal. With playbooks this easily forces the AE to update properties in an efficient and beneficial way.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use and to track daily usage, sales funnel etc. Layout and ability to drag deals to different phases of the pipeline is a major plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to undo. Sometimes I press the wrong key and delete the whole message, and I have to retype. An undo function would be huge!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flow of sales funnels, contact organization, and daily usage/activity from the sales team. Obviously leading to more productivity.
HubSpot is a must for any sales representative
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot incredibly easy to use with the interface being extremely intuitive for all my needs. I have used other services before HubSpot and this is by far the best way to book and track my calls/meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my time using Hubspot, I haven't found much to dislike. There have been some occasional glitches but that is to be expected with tech websites and any issues have always been immediately resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business scheduling and email tracking have been imperative in allowing me to better handle my daily schedule with regards to sales calls. This helps make my day more productive.
