HubSpot is a great resource to stay on task and keep your leads organized.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot is all of the different features. From contact searching to tracking deals, there are several features that allow you to work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to HubSpot is associating deals, contacts, and companies. Some features allow you to connect them, but it can be difficult and confusing sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With seeing so many meetings in a week, it can be very easy to miss someone or something. HubSpot allows me to track all of these meetings and know when my next one is coming up.
Simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps my business organized and it is fairly simple to learn and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel there are glitches in reference to the dates when deals were closed, and it doesn't show me the true value of how many deals were made that month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not reached out with any issues, but I feel like the updates address many of the issues I'm having at the time.
Automation is key!
What do you like best about the product?
I've recently been using the Hubspot emailing and calling feature and I've already saved myself so much time on a daily basis!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a better rating system for the Hubspot score (even if they opened my email twice and said 'absolutely not,' they still have a high score).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The templates are amazing and remove any error that I may have done from manual emails

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has become invaluable in tracking leads and keeping communications in one handy spot - big fan!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found the search feature to be a bit wonky at times but otherwise, no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The many different tools available through the Sales Hub have helped to solve multiple problems!

Sequences, Meeting link to manage call scheduling, deal pipeline
What do you dislike about the product?
I get frusterated that you can't use contact filters on the deal pipeline, I would love if you could sort by deals but also filter them by traits of associated contacts

It is the filing cabinet and assistant for those without a human version

What do you like best about the product?
The tasks that are created and that you can create to keep up to date with your prospects, and the personalization of different tabs. I don't have much experience with other sales tools so I don't know how to

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things can get complicated when you are trying to see which prospects are in sequence or aren't, and when contact info is being imported from zoominfo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping stay organized and on top of prospecting, helping us have a tool that tracks and lots emails and correspondences which helps me keep in contact with all of my prospects
Very convenient meeting tool setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like the set-up of meeting activities, collaboration and visibility of the leads, and the simplicity of the meeting schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access rights management, I want my team to see the contacts but only get access to the communications they are sending. Now they have access to all communications of different departments.

Leads track and onboarding management tool, schedule a meeting, pitching the leads, reminder and task management tool.

Providing Automation, reducing the pressure on sales operations. Allowing us to clearly track deals where we can progress and prioritize effectively

What do you like best about the product?
its easy to use and navigate. most things about hubspot i would recommend to others and its much easier than previous crms i have used
What do you dislike about the product?
Call recording can be a pain, as i have some issues with calls being recorded and uploaded to the dashboard. this has been brought up with support and not solved unfortunately
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
by being easy to navigate and upload contacts into the dashboard, it allows me to get work done much faster and more efficiently. the sequencing seems to be working out great too
Great for company transparency
What do you like best about the product?
As a CRM tool it's great for prospecting and managing companies and accounts. The sequences, documents, contact filtering and deal board are all useful, functional features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is limited and counter-intuitive. There are lots of nuances we struggle to report on because tracking is done with plain text fields rather than quantative fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables the entire sales to funnel to be tracked, monitored and engaged. This is now tying in with the marketing function to accelerate our growth and increase the quality of our leads.
