What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot helps our company organize everything we need, from sales, marketing, and customer account tracking to managing data and reporting.
It also has a simple layout, easy to navigate and very good integrations.

I think there is no bad feature about HubSpot.

It is a genuinely all-in-one CRM platform for our marketing and sales teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps you organize your team activities throughout the whole sales cadence, from marketing, presales, sales, cs and so on... It's accessible to any junior on CRM configuration to do basic things and prepare the base of the operation. Still, it can advance to more complex and extended configurations along with its user development, comprehension and process design. You can find lots of content online about how to do great things on HubSpot. Also, their own docs are great for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Along with the complexity of customization inside the hub comes some difficulty in maintaining the data's consistency. Don't get me wrong, the platform works fine throughout most cases, but some features may carry some noise along with the data, and they know it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps you organize your team activities throughout the whole sales cadence, from marketing, presales, sales, cs and so on... Structuring the best operation is the easiest way to find and resolve gaps to optimize your income at negligible costs.

It takes a little bit to fully grasp all of the features it has to offer.

There are minor areas thag are yet left to be customized - for example in the final list of potential, leads, contact fields need to be selected from existing formats - which are ample in number though!

Organized, Quick, Fast paced, Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It is highly effective and efficient to manage leads and their status. Me and my colleagues can be on the same page and look at the conversations. This allows us to avoid any duplications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be made more accessible to add a new product field to the management system. It still has some learning curve for new users who have not used HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has brought all relevant databases at one point and has nullified our need to depend on conventional excel files or google sheets. The status is real-time and can be accessed from anywhere in the world.

Hubspot allows our sales team full visibility into dealflow, accounts, sales funnel and more, allowing our org to optimize and accelerate revenue.

Some of the workflows and views take a bit more tinkering than I would like.

Hubspot allows us to stay on top of prospect and customer communication. We automate sales activities and have full visibility on our pipeline and roadmap.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease that the CRM provides for managing prospects, the use of the tools is almost intuitive, and above all, the different integrations that can be had.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be cool to have a space where information about updates can be available (as soon as they come out) and not wait for the monthly newsletter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All sales tools at hand, email templates, automated emails, tasks and reminders, meetings, calls, mobile app, etc.

It is easy to use and very user friedly! Love how it integrates with other software we use

I used to love Salesforce before I ever used HubSpot. I hope I never have to use Salesforce again!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only had minor hiccups with emails, but I refreshed my screen, and I'm good to go.

What do you like best about the product?
The most relevant aspect is integration. We can easily associate our documents with transactions, which allows us to be efficient and find our way easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not allow archiving of sales. It's a shame since we can only delete them.

It's easy to use and very handy. I like to know where I stand and how I can improve.

Currently there is nothing that I dont like about it. It's all pretty easy and helpful.
